ANALISIS PENERAPAN PRINSIP GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DI PERUMDA TIRTA SATRIA

Penelitian ini berjudul "Analisis Penerapan Prinsip Good Corporate Governance di Perumda Tirta Satria" bertujuan menganalisis penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG) di Perumda Tirta Satria. GCG mencakup prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, independensi, kewajaran, dan kesetaraan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk memilih informan melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Meskipun pihak perumda mengakui belum menerapkan GCG, prinsip yang ada sudah sudah ada yang terpenuhi. Prinsip transparansi mendapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat informasi yang belum sampai kepada pelanggan karena dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat kubu pengguna yang hanya memanfaatkan satu media saja, dan ada pula yang tidak pernah mencoba mengakses media lain. Prinsip akuntabilitas dalam konteks kegiatan GCG, rincian mengenai penanggung jawab, tugas, dan tanggung jawab mereka masih belum dijalankan karena sistem GCG baru saja disusun. Prinsip independensi menunjukkan bahwa belum pernah terjadi kasus benturan kepentingan. Prinsip kewajaran dan kesetaraan juga menunjukkan perbedaan pandangan pelanggan, dengan sebagian merasa diperlakukan secara setara dan wajar, serta fitur kritik dan saran di website belum diketahui oleh pelanggan.

This research entitled "Analysis of the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance Principles at Perumda Tirta Satria" aims to analyze the application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles at Perumda Tirta Satria. GCG includes the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness, and equality. The research method used is qualitative with purposive sampling technique to select informants through in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Although Perumda admits that it has implemented GCG, the existing principles have been fulfilled. The principle of transparency found that there is information that has not reached customers because it can be seen that there are strongholds of users who only utilize one media, and some have never tried to access other media. The principle of accountability in the context of GCG activities, details regarding the person in charge, their duties and responsibilities have not yet been carried out because the GCG system has just been established. The principle of independence shows that there has never been a case of conflict of interest. The principles of fairness and equality also show differences in customer views, with some feeling treated equally and fairly, and the criticism and suggestion feature on the website is not yet known by customers.
