PENGARUH TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP, JOB SATISFACTION, ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR DI BUMDES BANYUMAS

Permasalahan yang sering terjadi didalam organisasi yaitu terkait organizational citizenship behaviour yang merujuk pada perilaku sukarela yang dilakukan karyawan diluar tugas-tugas utama seorang karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari transformational leadership, organizational commitment, dan job satisfaction terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) di BUMDes Banyumas, Dengan sampel BUMDes yang diambil yaitu berjumlah 25 BUMDes. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu karyawan yang ada di BUMDes Banyumas. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan Teknik sampel jenuh sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 110 responden dari karyawan BUMDes di Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), organizational commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), job satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB).

The problem that often occurs within an organization is related to organizational citizenship behavior, which refers to voluntary behaviors performed by employees outside their primary duties. This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in BUMDes Banyumas, with a sample of 25 BUMDes. The population of this study is the employees in BUMDes Banyumas. The sample determination technique usedsaturation sampling , resulting in 110 respondents from BUMDes employees in Banyumas Regency. The research method used in this study is quantitative, with the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is the SPSS software version 26. The results show that transformational leadership has a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational commitment has a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and job satisfaction has a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
