Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Ketersediaan Beras di Provinsi Bali

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data sekunder mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketersediaan beras di Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Analisis Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Ketersediaan Beras di Provinsi Bali”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tenaga kerja petani, luas lahan panen padi, jumlah penduduk, dan produksi jagung terhadap ketersediaan beras. Penelitian ini memiliki batasan waktu yakni dari rentang tahun 2006-2022 di Provinsi Bali. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan Eviews 12 menunjukkan bahwa Tenaga Kerja Petani berpengaruh positif terhadap ketersediaan beras, Luas Lahan Panen Padi berpengaruh positif terhadap ketersediaan beras, Jumlah Penduduk berpengaruh positif terhadap ketersediaan beras, Produksi Jagung berpengaruh negatif terhadap ketersediaan beras. Implikasi dari kesimpulan diatas yaitu pemerintah dan masyarakat harus memperhatikan dalam regenerasi petani dan pengembangan tenaga kerja petani agar produksi beras dapat lebih efisien dan efektif, menjaga kelestarian dan perlindungan atas lahan panen agar tidak terjadi kelangkaan, serta terus meningkatkan dan menjaga produktivitas padi agar ketersediaan beras dapat terjaga dalam kenaikan jumlah penduduk.

This research is a quantitative research with secondary data regarding the factors that influence the availability of rice in Bali Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of farmer labor, rice harvest area, population, and corn production on rice availability. Based on the research results and data analysis, it shows that farmer labor, paddy harvested land area, and population in Bali Province has a positive effect on rice availability. Corn production has a negative effect on the availability of rice. The implication of the conclusions above is that the government and society must pay attention to the regeneration of farmers and the development of farmer workforce so that rice production can be more efficient and effective, maintain the preservation and protection of harvested land to avoid scarcity, and continue to increase and maintain rice productivity so that rice availability can be kept up with the increase of population.
