PREFERENSI DOSEN DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNIS UNIVERSITAS JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN DALAM MEMILIH KARTU DEBIT BERLOGO GERBANG PEMBAYARAN NASIONAL

Data volume transfer dana tahun 2013 hingga 2021 menunjukkan besarnya transaksi berada di dalam negeri daripada luar negeri. Pada tahun 2017 terdapat 80 persen kartu debit yang menggunakan jasa jaringan pembayaran asing yang beredar di masyarakat. Pada tahun 2021, setelah adanya GPN, terjadi penurunan jumlah kartu debit dengan jasa jaringan pembayaran asing menjadi 51 persen. Penurunan ini tidak dibarengi dengan penurunan jumlah pengguna secara signifikan namun dikarenakan kenaikan jumlah pengguna GPN. Sehingga sasaran BI untuk melakukan switch kartu debit asing menjadi GPN tidak terlaksana karena masyarakat menambah kartu debit GPN bukan mengganti dari kartu debit asing menuju GPN. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan melalui pengisian kuesioner oleh dosen dan tenaga kependidikan FEB Unsoed sejumlah 70 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan model Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan, pengeluaran, biaya atas penggunaan kartu, dan kemudahan secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap preferensi. Secara parsial hanya variabel kemudahan yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap preferensi. Perlu adanya sosialisasi dan edukasi mendalam serta menyeluruh kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat terkait keunggulan dan kemudahan GPN daripada kartu lainnya.

Data on the volume of fund transfers from 2013 to 2021 shows that the majority of transactions are within the country rather than abroad. In 2017, there were 80 percent of debit cards that used foreign payment network services circulating in the community. In 2021, after the existence of GPN, there was a decrease in the number of debit cards with foreign payment network services to 51 percent. This decrease was not accompanied by a significant decrease in the number of users but due to an increase in the number of GPN users. So that BI's goal to switch foreign debit cards to GPN is not implemented because people add GPN debit cards instead of changing from foreign debit cards to GPN. This study uses primary data obtained through filling out questionnaires by lecturers and education staff of FEB Unsoed totaling 70 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model. The results of this study indicate that the variables of income, expenditure, fees of using cards, and convenience together have a significant influence on preferences. Partially, only the convenience variable has a positive and significant effect on preference. There is a need for in-depth and comprehensive socialization and education to all levels of society regarding the advantages and convenience of NPG over other cards.
