Riset ini berjudul Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Dukungan Sosial dengan Self Efficcay sebagai Variabel Moderasi. Riset ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji analisis pengaruh Kompetensi dan Dukungan Sosial terhadap Kesiapan Kerja pada Mahasiswa Akhir S1 FEB Unsoed dengan Self Efficcay sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa akhir S1 FEB Unsoed mulai dari angkatan 2017 hingga 2019. Jumlah populasi adalah 658 orang dan mengambil sampel sebanyak 132 orang dengan menggunakan metode proportionate stratified random sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis SEM PLS dengan software Smart-PLS 4.0.  Berdasarkan hasil temuan ini diperoleh bahwa (1) kompetensi dapat memengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kesiapan kerja, (2) dukungan sosial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja, (3) self efficacy memoderasi pada pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kesiapan kerja dan self efficacy, (4) self efficacy tidak dapat memoderasi dukungan sosial terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa akhir S1 FEB Unsoed.

This research is entitled The Influence of Competence and Social Support with Self-Efficacy as a Moderating Variable. This research aims to test the analysis of the influence of Competency and Social Support on Work Readiness in Final Undergraduate Students at FEB Unsoed with Self Efficacy as a moderating variable. The population in this study were all final FEB Unsoed undergraduate students from the 2017 to 2019 class. The total population was 658 people and a sample of 132 people was taken using the method proportionate stratified random sampling. This type of research is quantitative research using SEM PLS analysis techniques with Smart-PLS 4.0 software. Based on these findings, it was found that (1) competence can significantly and positively influence work readiness, (2) social support has no effect on work readiness, (3) self-efficacy moderates the influence of competence on work readiness and self-efficacy, (4) self-efficacy cannot moderate social support on work readiness of final undergraduate students at FEB Unsoed.
