ANALISIS KONDISI SARANA DAN PRASARANA OLAHRAGA DI SMA NEGERI SE KABUPATEN PEMALANG TAHUN 2023

Latar Belakang: Keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan jasmani mungkin dapat menjadi suatu masalah sekolah di daerah Pemalang, karena apabila sarana dan prasarana olahraga belum terpenuhi sesuai dengan standarnya pembelajaran menjadi kurang maksimal karena sarana dan prasarana yang lebih sedikit dengan siswa yang banyak akan memakan waktu dalam praktek pembelajaran, karena harus menunggu bergantian saat praktek pembelajaran sehingga kurang efektif dalam hal waktu. Dengan demikian perlu adanya pengidentifikasian keadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan jasmani di sekolah-sekolah karena keadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan jasmani tersebut belum tentu terlaksana seperti yang tercantum dalam peraturan menteri pendidikan nasional no 24 tahun 2007 tentang standar sarana dan prasarana olahraga yang harus dimiliki sekolah. Metodologi: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan cara pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi sesuai dengan Permendiknas No 24 Tahun 2007 Tentang Sarana dan Prasarana Olahraga, dengan teknik total sampling, sampel sebanyak 11 sekolah. Teknik analisi data menggunakan PAN dan rumus presentase. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa SMA Negeri 1 Petarukan 71% dengan kategori sangat baik, SMA Negeri 3 Pemalang 52% dengan kategori cukup, SMA Negeri 1 Belik 47% dengan kategori cukup, SMA Negeri 1 Bodeh 47% dengan kategori cukup, SMA Negeri 1 Moga 43% dengan kategori cukup, SMA Negeri 1 Randudongkal 66% dengan kategori baik, SMA Negeri 1 Bantarbolang 57% dengan kategori cukup, SMA Negeri 1 Comal 62% dengan kategori baik, SMA Negeri 2 Pemalang 66% dengan kategori baik, SMA Negeri 1 Ulujami 62% dengan kategori baik, SMA Negeri 1 Pemalang 52% dengan kategori cukup. Hasil akhir penelitian tentang sarana dan prasarana olahraga di SMA Negeri se Kabupaten Pemalang menunjukan 53% dengan kategori cukup. Kesimpulan: Kondisi sarana dan prasarana olahraga di SMA Negeri se Kabupaten Pemalang Tahun 2023 dapat dsimpulkan bahwa Kondisi sarana dan prasarana olahraga di Sekolah Menengah Atas Se Kabupaten Pemalang Tahun 2023 menunjukan dengan kategori cukup.

Background: Limitations of physical education facilities and infrastructure may become a problem for schools in the Pemalang area, because if sports facilities and infrastructure have not been met according to the standards, learning will be less than optimal because there are fewer facilities and infrastructure with a lot of students, it will take time in learning practice, because have to wait for turns during learning practice so it is less effective in terms of time. Thus it is necessary to identify the condition of physical education facilities and infrastructure in schools because the condition of these physical education facilities and infrastructure is not necessarily implemented as stated in the regulation of the minister of national education no 24 of 2007 concerning sports facilities and infrastructure standards that schools must have. Methodology:: This research is quantitative descriptive. This study used a survey method by collecting data using observation sheets in accordance with Permendiknas No. 24 of 2007 concerning Sports Facilities and Infrastructure, with a total sampling technique, a sample of 11 schools. Data analysis techniques use PAN and percentage formulas. Reseacrh Results: The results showed that SMA Negeri 1 Petarukan was 71% in very good category, SMA Negeri 3 Pemalang was 52% in sufficient category, SMA Negeri 1 Belik was 47% in sufficient category, SMA Negeri 1 Bodeh was 47% in sufficient category, SMA Negeri 1 Moga 43 % in sufficient category, SMA Negeri 1 Randudongkal 66% in good category, SMA Negeri 1 Bantarbolang 57% in sufficient category, SMA Negeri 1 Comal 62% in good category, SMA Negeri 2 Pemalang 66% in good category, SMA Negeri 1 Ulujami 62 % in good category, SMA Negeri 1 Pemalang 52% in fair category.
