Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kemampuan Pelaksana dan Partisipasi 
Masyarakat terhadap Keberhasilan Program Pengelolaan Hutan Bersama Masyarakat di 
Desa Limpakuwus Kabupaten Banyumas”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 
pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara partisipasi masyarakat dan kinerja Pelaksana 
terhadap keberhasilan program PHBM di desa Limpakuwus, baik secara parsial maupun 
bersama-sama.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di desa Limpakuwus, dengan sasaran penelitian 
adalah anggota Koperasi Hutan Pinus Limpakuwus yang juga merupakan 
masyarakat pinggir hutan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah 
probability sampling dengan metode Random Sampling. Metode analisis data yang 
digunakan adalah Korelasi Kendall’s Tau-c, Korelasi Konkordansi Kendall W, dan 
Regresi Ordinal. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan 
kuesioner, yang didukung dengan observasi dan dokumentasi.
Hasil analisis secara kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan: 
(1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan pelaksana 
terhadap keberhasilan program PHBM sebesar 18,2%; (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang 
positif dan signifikan antara partisipasi masyarakat terhadap keberhasilan program 
PHBM sebesar 31,7%; dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara
kemampuan pelaksana dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap keberhasilan program 
PHBM sebesar 34,6%.
Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa semua variabel 
independen memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel 
dependen yaitu Keberhasilan Program PHBM di Desa Limpakuwus Kecamatan 
Sumbang Kabupaten Banyumas.

This research titled “The Influence of Organizational Performance, and 
Society Participation to Effectiveness of PHBM Program at Limpakuwus Village 
Sumbang District of Banyumas Regency”. The purpose of this research was to 
determine the effect a positive and significant correlation between Organizational 
Performance, and Society Participation to Effectiveness of PHBM Program, either 
partially would also together.
This research conducted at the in Limpakuwus village Sumbang District of 
Banyumas Regency. Goal of this research is resident at Limpakuwus which is forest 
farmer. This research uses associative quantitative research method with survey 
approach. Sampling technique used is probability sampling with Random Sampling 
method. The data analysis method used is Kendall's Tau-c correlation, Kendall W 
Concordance Correlation, and Ordinal Regression. Methods of data collection in 
this study is by questionnaire, which is supported by observation and 
documentation.
The result of quantitative analysis in this research shows: (1) There is a 
positive and significant influence between the implementing ability on the success 
of PHBM program by 18,2%; (2) There is a positive and significant influence 
between the community participation on the success of PHBM program of 31,7.0%; 
and (3) There is a positive and significant influence between the implementing 
ability and community participation on the success of PHBM program by 34,6%.
The conclusion of this study is that all independent variables have a positive 
and significant influence on the dependent variable that is the success of Allert 
Village Program in Limpakuwus Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency.
