PERTUMBUHAN SETEK TANAMAN MINT (Mentha piperita L.) PADA BERBAGAI KONSENTRASI ZAT PENGATUR TUMBUH ROOTONE-F

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan setek tanaman mint terhadap berbagai konsentrasi ZPT Rootone-F dan mengetahui konsentrasi terbaik ZPT Rootone-F untuk pertumbuhan setek tanaman mint. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Patimuan, Kecamatan Patimuan, Kabupaten Cilacap pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok non faktorial dengan 1 perlakuan yaitu konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh Rootone-F dengan 4 taraf yaitu 0 ; 100 mg/L ; 200 mg/L ; dan 300 mg/L. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh Rootone-F 300 mg/L dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang akar, dan luas daun.

This study aims to determine the effect of searching for mint soil on the concentration of zpt Rootone-F and understand the best concentration of ZPT Rootone-F on the growth of mint soil cuttings. This research was conducted in Patimuan Village, Patimuan District, Cilacap Regency from July to August 2023. This study uses a study of non-factorial group with 1 study that is the concentration of F-root plant substances with 4 levels of 0; 100 mg / L; 200 mg / L; and 300 mg/L. The results showed that the concentration of substances contained in Rootone-F 300 mg / L can increase plant height, number of leaves, Root Length, and leaf area
