ABSTRAK
PENGARUH LATIHAN SHOOTING SASARAN TARGET GAWANG  DAN TARGET BAN TERHADAP AKURASI SHOOTING SSB INSPORT BREBES
USIA 12-15 TAHUN

Latar Belakang: shooting adalah tendangan bola untuk mencetak gol atau membuat gol, Berdasarkan hasil observasi bersama pelatih SSB Insport Brebes, pada saat latihan shooting diluar kotak pinalti, kemampuan anak-anak masih kurang dari target yang diinginkan, masih banyak pemain yang melaksanakan shooting jauh dari sasaran,  hal ini dibuktikan pada saat pertandingan persahabatan, pemain menguasai jalannya permainan dan serangan namun banyak yang tidak bisa terkonfersi menjadi sebuah gol. pelatih mengatakan bahwa perlu adanya latihan akurasi yang bisa menunjang keberhasilan pemain untuk mencetak sebuah gol.
meningkatkan akurasi shooting. Salah satu media untuk modifikasi sasaran yaitu dengan menggunakan target gawang kecil dan ban bekas. Peneliti ingin meneliti variasi akurasi shooting dengan menggunakan target gawang kecil dan target ban bekas untuk meningkatkan akurasi shooting pemain.

Metodologi: Penelitian ini penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen pola  Two Group Pre-test, Post-test Design. Dimana sampel dimbil dari seluruh peserta ssb yang berjumlah 18 peserta, untuk instrumen tes yang digunakan yaitu tes Bobby Charlton dengan pelaksanaan peserta menendang 4 kali tendangan dari jarak 16 meter, kemudian gawang dimodifikasi dengan membagi sasaran target menjadi 6 dengan kriteria nilai sudut atas bernilai 40 poin, sudut bawah bernilai 40 poin, tengah atas bernilai 20 poin dan tengah bawah bernilai 10 poin. Validitas tes ini yaitu 0,967 dan reliabilitasnya yaitu 0,771, Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dengan shapiro-wilk kemudian uji homogenitas dan yang terakhi uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji paired sample T-tes.

Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil analisis hasil pre test dan post test didapati nilai minimum pretest 40.00 dan nilai maksimum 150.00 untuk nilai post test didapati nilai minimum 70.00 dan nilai maksimum 160.00. dari uji normalitas didapati nilai signifikan yaitu untuk pre test target gawang sebesar 0.906 dan target ban sebesar 0.518 kemudian untuk posttest target gawang sebesar 0.290 dan untuk target ban sebesar 0.284. hasil uji homogenitas yang menentukan semua sampel homogen yaitu didapati nilai signifikasi sebesar 0.782 untuk pretest dan 0.796 untuk post test. Dan untuk uji yang terakhir yaitu uji hipotesis dengan paired sampel t test didapati nilai signifikasi kelompok target gawang yaitu 0,011 dan nilai signifikan kelompok target ban yaitu 0,001

Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan shooting target gawang terhadap akurasi shooting sepak bola SSB Insport Brebes. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan shooting target ban terhadap akurasi shooting sepak bola SSB Insport Brebes dengan hasil pretest skor awal minimum 40.00 menjadi 70.00 minimum skor pada saat dilaksanakan posttest, sedangkan untuk skor maksimum pada saat pretest yaitu 150.00 menjadi 160.00 pada saat posttest.

THE EFFECT OF TARGET SHOOTING TRAINING TARGET GOALS AND TARGET TIRES ON SHOOTING ACCURACY SSB INSPORT BREBES

Background: shooting is a ball kick to score a goal or make a goal, Based on observations with SSB Insport coach Brebes, during shooting practice outside the penalty box, the children's ability is still less than the desired target, there are still many players who carry out shooting far from the target, this is proven during friendly matches, players master the course of the game and attack but many cannot be converted into a goal. The coach said that there is a need for accuracy training that can support the success of players to score a goal. Improve shooting accuracy. One of the media for target modification is to use small goal targets and old tires. Researchers want to examine variations in shooting accuracy by using small goal targets and old tire targets to improve players' shooting accuracy.

Methodology: This research uses the experimental method of Two Group Pre-test, Post-test Design pattern. Where the sample was collected from all SSB participants totaling 18 participants, for the test instrument used, namely the Bobby Charlton test with the implementation of participants kicking 4 kicks from a distance of 16 meters, then the goal was modified by dividing the target target into 6 with the criteria of the upper corner value worth 40 points, the lower corner worth 40 points, the upper middle worth 20 points and the bottom middle worth 10 points. The validity of this test is 0.967 and its reliability is 0.771, Data analysis uses a normality test with shapiro-wilk then a homogeneity test and finally a hypothesis test using a paired sample T-test.

Research Results: Based on the results of the analysis of pre-test and post-test results, a minimum pretest value of 40.00 and a maximum value of 150.00 were found for the post-test value, a minimum value of 70.00 and a maximum value of 160.00. From the normality test, significant values were found for the pre-test goal target of 0.906 and the tire target of 0.518, then for the posttest of the goal target of 0.290 and for the tire target of 0.284. The homogeneity test results that determine all homogeneous samples are found to have a signification value of 0.782 for the pretest and 0.796 for the post test. And for the last test, namely the hypothesis test with paired sample t test, the significance value of the goal target group was 0.011 and the significant value of the tire target group was 0.001
Conclusion: Based on the results of the research conducted, there is a significant influence of goal target shooting training on the shooting accuracy of SSB Insport Brebes football. There is a significant influence of tire target shooting training on the accuracy of SSB Insport Brebes football shooting with the minimum initial score pretest results of 40.00 to 70.00 minimum score at the time of posttest, while for the maximum score at the time of pretest which is 150.00 to 160.00 at the time of posttest.
