UMKM Marisa Food memiliki keinginan perencanaan produksi yang dapat menghasilkan keuntungan diatas Rp. 10.000.000,- dengan biaya produksi tidak lebih dari Rp. 20.000.000,-. Produk yang diproduksi oleh UMKM ini meliputi : Abon Lele, Nugget, Otak-otak, Bakso, dan Rolade yamg memiliki bahan dasar yang sama yaitu daging ikan lele. Saat ini tidak ada perencanaan produksi yang pasti, produksi hanya dipicu oleh jumlah stok yang berkurang dimana jumlah stok yang berkurang bernilai sama untuk setiap produknya tanpa mempertimbangkan data historis penjualan setiap produknya serta penggunaan bahan baku yang kurang optimal sehingga seringkali melakukan pembelian bahan baku diluar jadwal yang telah ditentukan. Metode yang tepat untuk perencanaan produksi pada kasus ini adalah optimasi menggunakan metode Goal Programming dengan bantuan metode Forecasting untuk pemanfaatan data historis setiap produk yang penyelesaiannya akan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Metode Goal Programming digunakan sebagai penyelesaian optimasi dengan menyelesaikan model matematis yang akan dikembangkan sesuai dengan kondisi UMKM dimana memiliki tujuan yang jelas yaitu keuntungan lebih dari Rp. 10.000.000,- dengan biaya produksi tidak lebih dari Rp. 20.000.000,-. Hasil dengan Goal Programming adalah UMKM harus memproduksi produk Abon Lele sebanyak 617 buah, Nugget 137 buah, Otak-otak 123 buah, Bakso 67 buah, dan Rolade 351 buah dengan keuntungan sebesar Rp. 11.297.381,- dengan biaya produksi Rp. 19.767.076,-.

UMKM Marisa Food has a desire for production planning that can generate profits above Rp. 10,000,000,- with a production cost of no more than Rp. 20,000,000,-. The products produced by UMKM include: Abon Lele (shredded catfish), Nuggets, Otak-otak (fishcakes), Meatballs, and Rolade which have the same basic ingredients, namely catfish meat. Currently there is no definite production plan, production is only triggered by a reduced amount of stock where the reduced stock amount is the same for each product without considering the historical sales data for each product and the use of raw materials is not optimal so that raw materials are often purchased outside the planned schedule. The appropriate method for production planning in this case is optimization using the Goal Programming method with the help of the Forecasting method to utilize historical data for each product whose completion will use Microsoft Excel. The Goal Programming method is used as an optimization solution by completing a mathematical model that will be developed according to the conditions of UMKM which have a clear goal, namely a profit of more than Rp. 10,000,000,- with a production cost of no more than Rp. 20,000,000,-. The results with Goal Programming are that UMKM must produce 617 Abon Lele (shredded catfish), 137 Nuggets, 123 Otak-otak (fishcakes) , 67 Meatballs, and 351 Rolade with a profit of Rp. 11,297,381, - with a production cost of Rp. 19,767,076,-.
