Gojek adalah penyedia layanan online yang memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan seperti transportasi ke tempat tujuan, pengiriman makanan, pengiriman kargo, dan lainnya.  Setelah kehadiran aplikasi Gojek khususnya Go-Ride, pengemudi Gojek menjadi semakin meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengkaji terkait dengan pengaruh konflik pekerjaan-keluarga dan jam kerja fleksibel terhadap Work-Life Balance dan kepuasan kerja terhadap pengemudi GoRide Gojek di Purwokerto.
Ragam penelitian ini mempergunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni pengemudi GoRide Gojek di Purwokerto. Metode purposive sampling dipergunakan untuk memilih sebanyak 100 responden yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini mempergunakan ragam data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui metode survey dengan menyebarluaskan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda.
Temuan dari studi ini mengindikasikan bahwa Work-Life Balance dapat terpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan oleh konflik pekerjaan-keluarga. Pengaruh positif dan signifikan juga ditemukan terhadap Work-Life Balance yang dihasilkan oleh jam kerja fleksibel. Terdapat temuan bahwa konflik pekerjaan keluarga memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Jam kerja fleksibel mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Work-life balance mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Gojek is an online service provider that fulfills customer needs such as transportation to their destination, food delivery, cargo delivery, and others. After the presence of the Gojek application, especially Go-Ride, Gojek drivers are increasing. The aim of this research was to investigate how the interplay between work-family conflict and adaptable work hours influences the equilibrium between work and personal life, as well as job contentment among GoRide Gojek drivers operating in Purwokerto.
This study adopts a quantitative research approach, focusing on GoRide Gojek drivers in Purwokerto as its target population. The research involved handpicking 100 respondents through a purposive sampling technique for the sample size. This study uses primary data types collected through survey methods by distributing questionnaires. The method employed involves conducting an analysis through multiple linear regression.
The findings from this research reveal that the interplay between work and family responsibilities exerts a notable adverse impact on achieving a harmonious work-life balance. Introducing flexible work hours emerges as a constructive force in enhancing work-life equilibrium. Furthermore, work-family conflict demonstrates a palpable and detrimental influence on job contentment, while the adoption of flexible working hours demonstrates a substantial and favorable influence on job satisfaction. It is also noteworthy that maintaining a satisfactory work-life balance distinctly contributes to fostering higher levels of job satisfaction.
