PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, DAN PENGUNGKAPAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR DALAM INDEKS SRI KEHATI

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, kepemilikan manajerial, dewan komisaris independen, dan pengungkapan corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam indeks SRI KEHATI periode 2018-2021. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 12 perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunaan program Eviews 12 menunjukkan bahwa (1) profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) dewan komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) pengungkapan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, and disclosure of corporate social responsibility on firm value. The population in this study are companies listed on the SRI KEHATI index for the 2018-2021 period. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling method and the number of samples that met the criteria was 12 companies. Based on the results of research and data analysis using the Eviews 12 program, it shows that (1) profitability does not have a positive effect on firm value, (2) managerial ownership has a significant positive effect on firm value, (3) independent board of commissioners does not have a positive effect on firm value, (4) disclosure of corporate social responsibility has a significant positive effect on firm value.
