Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesadaran hukum pasien tuberkulosis terhadap aturan pengobatan tuberkulosis dan pengaruh faktor kedisiplinan, faktor motivasi, dan faktor komunikasi terhadap kesadaran hukum pasien tuberkulosis pada aturan pengobatan tuberkulosis di Rumah Sakit Tentara Wijaya Kusuma, Purwokerto. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Rumah Sakit Tentara Wijayakusuma Purwokerto, dengan responden sebanyak 20 orang. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan simple random sampling. Jenis sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dengan metode angket, studi kepustakaan, dan studi dokumenter. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan teknik editing, coding, dan tabulasi kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk teks naratif dan tabel data. Analisis data  mengunakan distribusi frekuensi analisis, tabel silang analisis, analisis isi dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran hukum pasien tuberkulosis terhadap aturan pengobatan tuberkulosis di Rumah Sakit Tentara Wijayakusima Purwokerto adalah tinggi. Hal ini dapat diukur dengan indikator sebagai berikut : tingginya tingkat pengetahuan hukum pasien tuberkulosis terhadap aturan pengobatan tuberkulosis; tingginya tingkat pemahaman hukum pasien tuberkulosis terhadap aturan pengobatan tuberkulosis, banyaknya sikap hukum pasien tuberkulosis yang setuju terhadap aturan pengobatan tuberkulosis; dan banyaknya pola perilaku pasien tuberkulosis yang sesuai terhadap aturan pengobatan tuberkulosis.

This study aims to determine the level of legal awareness of tuberculosis patients regarding the rules of tuberculosis treatment and the influence of disciplinary factors, motivational factors, and communication factors on the legal awareness of tuberculosis patients on the rules of tuberculosis treatment at Wijaya Kusuma Army Hospital, Purwokerto. This study uses a quantitative research method with a sociological juridical approach. This research is located at Wijayakusuma Army Hospital, Purwokerto, with 20 respondents. Sampling research using simple random sampling. Types of data sources include primary and secondary data obtained by questionnaire methods, literature studies, and documentary studies. The collected data was processed using editing, coding, and tabulation techniques and then presented in the form of narrative text and data tables. Data analysis used frequency distribution analysis, cross-table analysis, content analysis and comparative analysis. The results showed that the legal awareness of tuberculosis patients regarding the rules of tuberculosis treatment at the Wijayakusima Army Hospital, Purwokerto, was high. This can be measured by the following indicators: the high level of legal knowledge of tuberculosis patients regarding the rules of tuberculosis treatment; the high level of legal understanding of tuberculosis patients towards the rules of tuberculosis treatment, the many legal attitudes of tuberculosis patients who agree with the rules of tuberculosis treatment; and the number of behavior patterns of tuberculosis patients that are appropriate to the rules of tuberculosis treatment.
