Tingkat antusias merupakan perasaan positif berupa bentuk sikap ketertarikan atau sepenuhnya terlibat dalam suatu kegiatan karena menyadari pentingnya atau bernilainya kegiatan tersebut. Tingkat antusias akan sangat diperlukan untuk kelancaran suatu kegiatan tertentu, seperti pada pelaksanaan program vaksinasi covid-19. Walaupun pada saat ini terdapat kebijakan status pandemi covid-19 yang sudah berakhir, namun program vaksinasi covid-19 harus tetap berjalan, sehingga sangat dibutuhkan antusias masyarakat dalam melakukan rangkaian vaksinasi covid-19 agar terciptanya suatu keteraturan dan keseimbangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat antusias masyarakat pada rangkaian vaksinasi covid-19 di Kecamatan Dayeuhluhur, Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik survei. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat antusias masyarakat pada dosis 1 masuk pada kategori rendah sebanyak 55,3% dan kategori sedang 44,7%. Pada dosis 2 tingkat antusias masuk pada kategori sedang sebanyak 71,8%, kategori tinggi 7,7% dan kategori rendah sebanyak 20,5%. Pada dosis 3 tingkat antusias masuk pada kategori sedang sebanyak 71,4%, kategori tinggi 21,4% dan kategori rendah sebanyak 7,1%. Walaupun pandemi covid-19 saat ini sudah berakhir, namun tidak dengan virusnya, sehingga vaksinasi covid19 masih tetap dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat untuk menjaga kekebalan tubuh masingmasing.

The level of enthusiasm is a positive feeling in the form of an attitude of interest or fully involved in an activity because it realizes the importance or value of the activity. The level of enthusiasm will be needed for the smooth running of certain activities, such as the implementation of the covid-19 vaccination program. Although at this time there is a covid19 pandemic status policy that has ended, the covid-19 vaccination program is still running, so much enthusiasm is needed by the community in carrying out a series of covid-19 vaccinations in order to create a regularity and balance. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of public enthusiasm for the covid-19 vaccination series in Dayeuhluhur District, Cilacap. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods with survey techniques. Sampling technique using proportional random sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results showed that the level of public enthusiasm at dose 1 was in the low category of 55.3% and the medium category of 44.7%. In dose 2, enthusiasm level was 71.8% in the medium category, 7.7% in the high category and 20.5% in the low category. At dose 3, enthusiasm level was 71.4% in the medium category, 21.4% in the high category and 7.1% in the low category. Although the covid-19 pandemic is currently over, but not with the virus, so covid19 vaccination is still needed by the community to maintain their respective immunity.
