Kebutuhan daging ayam yang semakin membuat perusahaan berlomba menciptakan day old chick (DOC) dengan kualitas super. Jurnal ini merupakan perbandingan hasil MBKM di dua kandang kemitraan milik PT Cemerlang Unggas Lestari yakni Ario Bhirowo dan CV Mulya Sentosa yang menggunakan doc dengan kualitas yang berbeda yang kemudian hasil feed convertion ratio (FCR), tingkat deplesi dan indeks performannya dibandingkan dan diuji dengan uji T. Hasil FCR pada kandang Ario bhirowo memiliki nilai sebesar 1,56 dan pada CV Mulya Sentosa memiliki nilai 1,50. Hasil deplesi pada kandang Ario bhirowo sebesar 2,48 % dan pada kandang CV Mulya Sentosa sebesar 2,56%. Hasil indeks performan pada kandang Ario bhirowo sebesar 375 dan pada CV Mulya Sentosa sebesar 387. Perbedaan bobot awal doc tidak memiliki pengaruh nyata pada nilai feed convertion ratio (FCR), namun berpengaruh nyata pada tingkat deplesi dan indeks performan

The increasing demand for chicken meat makes companies compete to create day old chick (DOC) with super quality. This journal is a comparison of MBKM results in two partnership cages owned by PT Cemerlang Unggas Lestari, namely Ario Bhirowo and CV Mulya Sentosa, which use docs with different qualities and then the results of feed conversion ratio (FCR), depletion rate and performance index are compared and tested with the T test. The results of FCR in Ario Bhirowo cages have a value of 1.56 and in CV Mulya Sentosa have a value of 1.50. The depletion result in Ario bhirowo cage is 2.48% and in CV Mulya Sentosa cage is 2.56%. The result of performance index in Ario bhirowo cage is 375 and in CV Mulya Sentosa is 387. The difference in initial weight of the doc had no significant effect on the feed conversion ratio (FCR) value, but had a significant effect on the depletion rate and performance index.
