Persaingan industri yang tinggi, membuat perusahaan bisnis terus berinvestasi serta 
fokus dalam rantai pasokan mereka. Seperti PT HEW, sebuah perusahaan 
manufaktur pada bidang industri obat tradisional dan pangan olahan. Dalam rantai 
pasoknya masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti produk yang mengendap di 
gudang, mesin yang bermasalah, serta produk yang dikembalikan oleh pelanggan.
Untuk itu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja Supply Chain Management (SCM)
menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) dan 
pembobotan menggunakan Best Worst Method (BWM). Didapatkan hasil total nilai 
kinerja sebesar 60,8 (average) dengan 20 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dari 5 
proses inti. Kemudian dibantu dengan metode Traffic Light System (TLS) untuk 
pengelompokan KPI dan didapatkan 9 KPI yang belum mencapai target 
perusahaan. Untuk KPI M3 dan M5 terkait dengan produksi, diberikan usulan 
perbaikan menggunakan lean tools yaitu menerapkan pilar TPM berupa 
autonomous maintenance. Untuk KPI yang berhubungan dengan supplier (P1, S2, 
S6), KPI yang berhubungan dengan inventory (S3, S5), KPI D1 dan KPI R1 usulan 
perbaikan menggunakan konsep Kaizen berupa siklus PDCA (Plan-Do-ActControl). Beberapa usulan diberikan seperti melakukan evaluasi supplier secara 
rutin, memilih metode forecasting yang lebih tepat, malakukan peninjauan ulang 
terkait kerja sama dengan distributor maupun supplier, dan lain sebagainya.

High industry competition, makes business companies continue to invest and focus 
on their supply chain. Such as PT HEW, a manufacturing company in the field of 
traditional medicine and the processed food industry. In the supply chain, there are 
still several obstacles such as products that have settled in warehouses, problematic 
machines, and products returned by customers. For this reason, the measurement 
of Supply Chain Management (SCM) performance is carried out using the Supply 
Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) method and weighting using the Best Worst 
Method (BWM). The results obtained are a total performance value of 60.8 
(average) with 20 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) from 5 core processes. Then 
assisted by the Traffic Light System (TLS) method for grouping KPIs and obtained 
9 KPIs that had not reached the company's targets. For KPIs M3 and M5 related 
to production, suggestions for improvements are made using lean tools, namely 
implementing the TPM pillar in the form of autonomous maintenance. For KPIs 
related to suppliers (P1, S2, S6), KPIs related to inventory (S3, S5), KPI D1, and 
KPI R1, the proposed improvement uses the Kaizen concept in the form of the 
PDCA (Plan-Do-Act-Control) cycle. Several suggestions were given, such as 
conducting supplier evaluations on a regular basis, choosing a more appropriate 
forecasting method, conducting reviews regarding cooperation with distributors 
and suppliers, and so on.
