EVALUASI DAMPAK PROGRAM REHABILITASI SOSIAL RUMAH TIDAK LAYAK HUNI (RS-RTLH) TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT DI DESA KALIORI, KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

Penelitian ini berjudul Evaluasi Dampak Program Rehabilitasi Sosial Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RS-RTLH) Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Desa Kaliori, Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun narasumber penelitian ini yaitu pemerintah desa sebagai pelaksana program, masyarakat penerima program RS-RTLH. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan yaitu kuisioner, dokumentasi, observasi, serta wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Program Rehabilitasi Sosial- Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RS-RTLH) yang dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Pemukiman Kabupaten Banyumas sudah cukup berhasil. Dan menunjukan bahwa adanya perbedaan kondisi rumah dan setelah menerima program RS-RTLH desa kaliori dengan sebelum menerima bantuan program RS-RTLH. Dan yang terakhir menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan kesejahteraan masyarakat setelah menerima program RS-RTLH desa kaliori dengan sebelum menerima.

This research is entitled Evaluation of the Impact of the Uninhabitable House Social Rehabilitation Program (RS-RTLH) on increasing community Kaliori Village, Banyumas. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sources for this research are the village government as program implementer, the recipient community of the RS-RTLH program. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, documentation, observation, and interviews. The results showed that the Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses (RS-RTLH) implemented by the Banyumas Regency Settlement Service was quite successful. As well as showing that there are differences in the condition of the house and after receiving the Kaliori village RS-RTLH program and before receiving the RS-RTLH program assistance. And the last one shows that there are differences in people's welfare after receiving the Kaliori village RS-RTLH program and before receiving it.
