UMKM Prima Abon Sapi adalah Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah yang bergerak dalam bidang industri makanan di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya yang menghasilkan produk abon sapi. Kegiatan proses produksi abon di UMKM Prima Abon Sapi dilakukan secara manual dan dilakukan berulang kali dengan waktu kerja yang cukup lama, serta dengan postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis sehingga dapat menyebabkan keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keluhan MSDs dan untuk mengetahui postur kerja serta perancangan stasiun kerja agar mengurangi beban kerja pekerja. Metode yang digunakan yaitu observasi langsung dengan menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map terhadap 6 orang pekerja proses produksi abon, untuk mengidentifikasi keluhan yang dirasakan oleh pekerja proses produksi abon, kemudian dilakukan penilaian postur kerja dengan menggunakan metode
(REBA) dan mendapatkan skor REBA masing-masing proses diantaranya, proses perebusan mendapatkan skor 6, proses pencacahan mendapatkan skor 9, proses penggorengan mendapatkan skor 4, proses spinner mendapatkan skor 3, proses pendinginan mendapatkan skor 5, proses pengemasan mendapatkan skor 5. Maka skor REBA yang paling tinggi yaitu proses pencacahan dengan skor 9 yang berarti postur kerja pada proses pencacahan termasuk level risiko yang tinggi dengan ini perlu dilakukan perbaikan segera. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu membuat desain alat pencacahan dengan menurunkan skor REBA dari 9 menjadi 3, maka postur kerja pada proses pencacahan termasuk kategori risiko rendah dan mungkin perlu perbaikan dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Hasil penelitian ini adala desain alat pencacahan yang ergonomis sesuai dengan dimensi antropometri Indonesia sehingga dapat mengurangi keluhan MSDs.

UMKM Prima Abon Sapi is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises engaged in the food industry in Tasikmalaya which produces shredded beef products. Shredded tuna production process activities at UMKM Prima Abon Sapi are carried out manually and are carried out repeatedly with quite a long working time, and with non-ergonomic work postures that can cause Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) complaints. The purpose of this research is to find out complaints MSDs and propose design of work stations in order to reduce the workload of workers. The method used is direct observation using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire on 6 workers in the shredded production process, to identify complaints felt by workers in the shredded production process, then assessing work posture using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. Result shows boiling process gets a score of 6, the crushing process gets a score of 9, the frying gets a score of 4, the spinning gets a score of 3, the cooling gets a score of 5, the packaging gets a score of 5. Then the REBA score is the highest is the enumeration process with a score of 9 which means that the work posture in the enumeration process includes a high level of risk and this needs to be repaired immediately. The result of this study is to design an enumeration tool by reducing the REBA score from 9 to 3, so the work posture in the enumeration process is included in the low risk category and may need improvement in the long term. The results of this study are the design of an ergonomic enumeration tool in accordance with Indonesian anthropometric dimensions so as to reduce MSDs complaints.
