Usaha perkebunan kopi arabika memiliki hambatan. Hambatan yang dihadapi adalah penurunan hasil panen dikarenakan pemanasan global yang berdampak pada tanaman kopi arabika membuat gagal panen mengakibatkan tingkat produksi kopi arabika tidak optimal dikarenakan kekurangan bahan baku. permasalahan menggangu proses produksi dan berkurangnya pendapatan. Perlu dilakukannya penelitian tentang terkait kelayakan finansial usaha perkebunan kopi arabika dari aspek finansial dan strategi pengembangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Menganalisis kelayakan usaha perkebunan kopi arabika PT. Sinar Mayang Lestari yang ditinjau dari segi finansial; (2) Menganalisis strategi pengembangan usaha kopi arabika PT. Sinar Mayang Lestari. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT. sinar Mayang Lestari, sebagai salah satu perusahaan perkebunan kopi arabika di kecamatan Pangalengan yang melakukan kegiatan dari hulu sampai hilir. Objek penelitian ini adalah kelayakan finansial dari tahun 2012 sampai 2022 dan strategi pengembangan perkebunan kopi arabika di PT. Sinar Mayang Lestari yang ditinjau dari segi finansial dan strategi pengembangan. Aspek finansial dianalisis menggunakan analisis kelayakan investasi Sedangkan strategi pengembangan dianalisis menggunakan matriks IFAS-EFAS, analisis matriks IE, matriks SWOT, dan analisis QSPM. Hasil penelitian secara finansial dengan menggunakan modal Rp. 2.257.998.438 dengan suku bunga 10.60% perusahaan memperoleh NPV Rp. 2.834.912.730, IRR 36%, Net B/C 2,26, dengan Payback period selama 2 tahun, 8 bulan, 5 hari. Hasil tersebut menyatakan bahwa usaha perkebunan kopi arabika di PT. Sinar Mayang Lestari layak untuk dilanjutkan. Hasil penelitian strategi pengembangan yaitu (1) Kekuatan terbesar perusahaan adalah mengutamakan kualitas produk, kelemahan terbesar adalah lokasi kantor yang kurang strategis, peluang terbesar adalah permintaan pasar terhadap produk terus meningkat, ancaman terbesar adalah perkembangan teknologi sulit di ikuti karena memerlukan biaya yang cukup tinggi. (2) Hasil analsis QSPM dihasilkan strategi yang terbaik yaitu mempertahankan mutu kopi arabika dengan mengupayakan memproleh bahan baku yang berkualitas, dengan itu diharapkan dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar terhadap kopi arabika di PT. Sinar Mayang Lestari yang meningkat.

The Arabica coffee plantation business had obstacles. The obstacle faced was a decrease in crop yields due to global warming, which had an impact on Arabica coffee plants, causing crop failure and non-optimal levels of Arabica coffee production due to a shortage of raw materials. Problems disrupted the production process and reduced revenue. It was necessary to conduct research regarding the financial feasibility of the Arabica coffee plantation business from a financial and development strategy perspective. The aims of this study were (1) to analyze the feasibility of the Arabica coffee plantation business of PT. Sinar Mayang Lestari from a financial perspective and (2) to analyze the Arabica coffee business development strategy of PT. Sinar Mayang Lestari. Research was conducted at PT. Sinar Mayang Lestari, one of the Arabica coffee plantation companies in the Pangalengan sub-district, which carried out activities from upstream to downstream. The object of this research was the financial feasibility from 2012 to 2022 and the strategy for developing Arabica coffee plantations at PT. Sinar Mayang Lestari in terms of financial and development strategies. The financial aspect was analyzed using investment feasibility analysis, while the development strategy was analyzed using the IFAS-EFAS matrix, IE matrix analysis, SWOT matrix, and QSPM analysis. Based on financial research results using a capital of Rp. 2,257,998,438 and an interest rate of 10.60%, the company obtained an NPV of Rp. 2,834,912,730, an IRR of 36%, a net B/C of 2.26, and a Payback period of 2 years, 8 months, and 5 days. The results stated that the Arabica coffee plantation business at PT. Sinar Mayang Lestari deserved to be continued. The results of the development strategy research were: (1) The company's biggest strength was prioritizing product quality, the biggest weakness was the less strategic office location, the biggest opportunity was that market demand for products continued to increase; and the biggest threat was technological developments that were difficult to follow because they required quite high costs. (2) The results of the QSPM analysis produced the best strategy, namely maintaining the quality of Arabica coffee by seeking to obtain quality raw materials. With this, it was hoped that it would be able to meet market demand for Arabica coffee at PT. Sinar Mayang Lestari.
