Peningkatan jumlah generasi Z dan milenial sebagai pemegang suara terbesar dalam pemilihan umum mendatang nyatanya tidak sejalan dengan besarnya tingkat partisipasi politik masyarakat dalam hal ini ialah generasi muda. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, Bagian Humas dan Pengelolaan Museum DPR RI mengambil peran untuk memberikan edukasi politik melalui akun Instagram @edukasiparlemen untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi politik Masyarakat diantaranya ialah generasi muda. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konten pendidikan politik yang terdapat pada akun Instagram @edukasiparlemen terhadap tingkat partisipasi politik pengikut akun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan paradigma positivisme. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pengikut akun @edukasiparlemen dan dipilih secara acak melalui teknik simple random sampling. Teori yang digunakan adalah Teori Stimulus Organisme Respons (S-O-R) oleh Hosland, Janis, dan Kalley pada tahun 1953. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 29 dengan Uji Korelasi menggunakan Teknik Pearson Product Moment dan Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang rendah antara konten pendidikan politik pada akun @edukasiparlemen (X) dengan tingkat partisipasi politik followers akun @edukasiparlemen (Y), dengan koefisien korelasi 0,309. Adapun, konten pendidikan politik berkontribusi 10% terhadap tingkat partisipasi politik followers, sementara 90% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara konten pendidikan politik pada akun @edukasiparlemen terhadap tingkat partisipasi politik generasi muda melalui platform media sosial Instagram hanya saja berada pada hubungan yang rendah.

The increasing number of Generation Z and millennials as the largest voting bloc in the upcoming elections is not aligned with the low level of political participation among the youth. In line with this concern, the Public Relations and Management Department of the Museum of the Indonesian Parliament (DPR RI) has taken the initiative to provide political education through the Instagram account @edukasiparlemen to enhance political awareness and participation among the young generation. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the influence of political education content on the Instagram account @edukasiparlemen on the level of political participation among its followers. The research adopts a quantitative explanatory approach within the positivist paradigm. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who were followers of the @edukasiparlemen account, selected using a simple random sampling technique. The theoretical framework employed in this study is the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) Theory proposed by Hosland, Janis, and Kalley in 1953. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 29, employing the Pearson Product Moment Correlation and Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The findings reveal a low correlation between the political education content on the @edukasiparlemen account (X) and the level of political participation among its followers (Y), with a correlation coefficient of 0.309. Furthermore, the political education content contributes to 10% of the variation in followers' political participation, while the remaining 90% is influenced by other factors. In conclusion, there is a significant influence of the political education content on the @edukasiparlemen account on the level of political participation among the young generation through the Instagram social media platform, albeit with a low correlation.
