THE INFLUENCE OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ON FIRM VALUE WITH MANAGEMENT OWNERSHIP AS MODERATING VARIABLE (Listed Manufacturing Companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange).
Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)
Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan. (2) Untuk menganalisis kemampuan tingkat kepemilikan manajemen dalam memoderasi pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi empiris pada perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2008 sampai tahun 2010, dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 57. Hasil perhitungan analisis regresi menunjukkan (1) Corporate Social Responsibility mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hal tersebut dibuktikan melalui hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana, dimana diperoleh nilai t hitung lebih besar daripada nilai t tabel. (2) Kepemilikan manajemen tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh CSR terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan melalui hasil analisis regresi moderasi, dimana diperoleh nilai t hitung variabel moderasi lebih kecil dari nilai t tabel.

This research intent (1 ) To test Corporate Social Responsibility influences to assess firms. (2 ) For analysis ability increases management ownership in moderate Corporate Social Responsibility's influence to assess firm Observational type that is utilized is study empirical on manufacturing business at Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) on year 2008 until years 2010, with sample's amount as much 57. Analysis arithmetic result regression points out (1 ) Corporate Social Responsibility has positive influence to assess enrolled manufacturing business at Indonesian Stock Exchange. That thing is proved through analysis result simple linear regression, where gotten by point t computing are even greater than point t table. (2) management ownerships that moderate can't CSR'S influences to assess firms. That thing is proved through analysis result moderate regression, where gotten by point t computing moderate variable smaller of appreciative t table
