PREDIKSI JUMLAH PENDUDUK PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH MENURUT KELOMPOK UMUR MENGGUNAKAN MODEL LOGISTIK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi jumlah penduduk Provinsi Jawa Tengah menurut kelompok umur menggunakan model logistik. Kelompok umur digunakan untuk melihat distribusi umur penduduk berdasarkan kelompok kesejahteraannya. Hasil prediksi menunjukkan bahwa nilai error minumum adalah 0,01914% yang terjadi pada kelompok umur 10-14 tahun, persentase nilai error maksimum sebesar 9,70307% yang terjadi pada kelompok umur 30-34 tahun, dan persentase nilai error rata-rata sebesar 3,99009%. Jadi model tersebut dianggap valid untuk digunakan memprediksi jumlah penduduk menurut kelompok umur Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Dalam penelitian ini, hasil yang diperoleh yaitu untuk penduduk kelompok umur 0 – 4 tahun, 5 – 9 tahun, 10 – 14 tahun, dan 15 – 19 tahun selalu mengalami penurunan setiap tahunnya. Salah satu faktor penyebab penurunan tersebut adalah keberhasilan progam Keluarga Berencana (KB) yang telah diselenggarakan pemerintah.

This study aims to predict the population of Central Java Province by age a logistic model with age groups. Age groups are used to see the age distribution of the population based on the welfare of the groups. The prediction results show that the minimum error value is 0.01914% which occurs in the 10-14 year age group, the maximum percentage error value is 9.70307% which occurs in the 30-34 year age group, and the average percentage error value is 3.99009%. So, the model with age groups to predict the population of Central Java Province. In this study, the results obtained are for the population of the age group 0 – 4 years old, 5 – 9 years old, 10 – 14 years old, and 15 – 19 years old always decreases every year. One of the factors causing the decline is the success of the Family Planning (KB) program that has been organized by the government.
