PERTUMBUHAN SETEK BATANG BUAH NAGA (Hylocereus polyrhizus) PADA BERBAGAI JENIS DAN KONSENTRASI ZAT PENGATUR TUMBUH (ZPT)

Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh jenis ZPT, konsentrasi ZPT dan kombinasi antara jenis dan konsentrasi ZPT yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan setek tanaman buah naga. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2020 sampai Januari 2021 di Desa Maos Lor, Kecamatan Maos, Kabupaten Cilacap. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) yang terdiri atas 2 faktor dan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor pertama yaitu jenis zat pengatur tumbuh (P) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu P1 = Ekstrak Bawang Merah, P2 = Ekstrak Bonggol Pisang, dan P3 = Ekstrak Biji Jagung. Faktor kedua yaitu konsentrasi (K) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu K0 = Kontrol, K1 = 25%, K2 = 50%, dan K3 = 75%. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji F, apabila terdapat keragaman dilanjutkan dengan Uji Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis pengatur tumbuh ekstrak biji jagung berpengaruh nyata terhadap panjang akar terpanjang yaitu 31,72 cm. Konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh 25% berpengaruh nyata terhadap waktu muncul tunas yaitu 57,09 hst dan bobot akar segar yaitu 6,93 g. Terdapat interaksi antara kombinasi jenis dan konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh yang memacu pertumbuhan setek batang buah naga.

The aim of the study was to obtain the best ZPT types, ZPT concentrations and combinations of ZPT types and concentrations for the growth of dragon fruit cuttings. The research was conducted from October 2020 to January 2021 in Maos Lor Village, Maos District, Cilacap Regency. The research design used was Complete Randomized Block Design (CRBD) which consisted of 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor was the type of growth regulator (P) which consisted of 3 levels, namely P1 = Shallot Extract, P2 = Banana Weevil Extract, and P3 = Corn Seed Extract. The second factor is concentration (K) which consists of 4 levels, namely K0 = Control, K1 = 25%, K2 = 50%, and K3 = 75%. Data were analyzed using the F test, if there was diversity it was continued with the Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at 5% level. The results showed that the type of growth regulator of corn seed extract had a significant effect on the longest root length, namely 31,72 cm. The concentration of growth regulators at 25% had a significant effect on the time of emergence of shoots, which was 57,09 dap, and the weight of fresh roots, which was 6,93 g. There is an interaction between the combination of types and concentrations of growth regulators which stimulate the growth of dragon fruit stem cuttings.
