Analisis Permintaan dan Valuasi Ekonomi Pantai Setrojenar, Kabupaten Kebumen dengan Pendekatan Travel Cost

Pantai Setrojenar merupakan salah satu objek wisata yang berada di Kabupaten Kebumen tepatnya Desa Setrojenar, Kecamatan Buluspesantren. Pantai ini memiliki kualitas fasilitas masih rendah tetapi permintaan wisata yang tinggi. Tingginya permintaan wisata di Pantai Setrojenar oleh masyarakat seharusnya disertai dengan apresiasi yang tinggi. Akan tetapi, apresiasi terhadap Pantai Setrojenar cukup rendah ditunjukan dengan tidak adanya penarikan karcis masuk. Maka diperlukan valuasi ekonomi untuk menghitung nilai ekonomi Pantai Setrojenar salah satunya dengan cara individual travel cost method. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbahruan dari segi variabel yaitu variabel lama mengetahui. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan wisata dan mengetahui nilai ekonomi Pantai Setrojenar. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 pengunjung yang diambil secara stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner dan disebar kepada responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh hasil biaya perjalanan dan umur berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan wisata Pantai Setrojenar. Kemudian, biaya perjalanan ke objek wisata lain, pendapatan, lama mengetahui dan fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan wisata Pantai Setrojenar. Pengunjung Pantai Setrojenar memperoleh surplus konsumen sebesar Rp338.665,8 per individu per tahun sedangkan tiap kunjungannya mendapatkan Rp 56.444 per kunjungan. Nilai total ekonomi dari Pantai Setrojenar dengan jumlah kunjungan 254.000 adalah sebesar Rp 86.021.113.200. Implikasi yang diberikan oleh penelitian ini yaitu agar dapat meningkatkan permintaan wisata Pantai Setrojenar, pengelola wisata dapat meminimalisir penambahan biaya perjalanan, melakukan perbaikan fasilitas, penambahan fasilitas atau area bermain baru, promosi besar-besaran, dan menjaga kebersihan serta kenyamanan Pantai Setrojenar.

Setrojenar Beach is one of the tourist attractions in Kebumen Regency, precisely in Setrojenar Village, Buluspesantren District. This beach has low quality facilities but high tourism demand. The high demand for tourism on Setrojenar Beach by the public should be accompanied by high appreciation. However, the appreciation for Setrojenar Beach is quite low as shown by the absence of an entrance ticket. So an economic valuation is needed to calculate the economic value of Setrojenar Beach, one of which is the individual travel cost method. This research has an update in terms of variables, namely the old variable knowing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence tourist demand and determine the economic value of Setrojenar Beach. This study used 100 visitors who were taken by stratified random sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire and distributed to respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. This research is located at Setrojenar Beach. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by the researchers, it was found that travel costs and age had a negative and significant effect on tourism demand for Setrojenar Beach. Then, the cost of travel to other tourist objects, income, length of time knowing and facilities have a positive and significant effect on the demand for Setrojenar Beach tourism. Visitors to Setrojenar Beach get a consumer surplus of Rp 56.444 per visit and Rp338.665,8 per individual per year. The total economic value obtained from Setrojenar Beach in 1 year with a total of 254,000 visits is Rp 86.021.113.200. The implications given by this research are that in order to increase the demand for Setrojenar Beach tourism, tour managers can minimize additional travel costs, make repairs to facilities, add new facilities or play areas, carry out large-scale promotions, and maintain the cleanliness and comfort of Setrojenar Beach.
