Abstrak PENGARUH LATIHAN SKIPPING TERHADAP POWER OTOT TUNGKAI, KEKUATAN OTOT PERUT, DAN KEMAMPUAN HEADING PADA TIM SEPAK BOLA FIKES SPORT CLUB Muhamad Rifqi Ridho1, Muhammad Syafei2, Rifqi Festiawan2 Latar Belakang: Hasil observasi yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui power otot tungkai kepada 15 pemain, ditemukan bahwa 13,33% baik, 40% sedang, dan 46,67% rendah. kemudian untuk mengetahui kekuatan otot perut kepada 15 pemain, ditemukan bahwa 26,67% sedang, 66,67% rendah, dan 6,67% sangat rendah. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara pemain sepakbola FSC dengan norma tes. Salah satu latihan untuk meningkatkan power otot tungkai, kekuatan otot perut dan kemampuan heading adalah latihan skipping. Metodologi: penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest design. Jumlah sampel 15 pemain. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t nilai signifikasi <0,05 yang dibantu aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil Penelitian: Menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh latihan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai, kekuatan otot perut, dan kemampuan heading pada tim sepakbola FSC dengan signifikasi 0,000. Abstract EFFECT OF SKIPPING EXERCISE ON LEG MUSCLE POWER, ABDOMINAL MUSCLE STRENGTH, AND HEADING ABILITY ON THE FIKES SPORT CLUB FOOTBALL TEAM Muhamad Rifqi Ridho1, Muhammad Syafei2, Rifqi Festiawan2 Background: From the results of observations made to determine the leg muscle power of 15 players, it was found that 13.33% of the players were in the good category, 40% were in the medium category, and 46.67% were in the low category. Then to find out the abdominal muscle strength of 15 players, it was found that 26.67% were in the moderate category, 66.67% were in the low category, and 6.67% were in the very low category. The results show that there are differences between FSC soccer players and test norms. One of the exercises to increase leg muscle power and abdominal muscle strength is the skipping exercise. Methodology: this research is an experimental research with a one group pretest posttest design. The number of samples is 15 players. The data analysis technique used a t-test with a significance value of <0.05 which was assisted by the SPSS version 25 application. Results: Shows that there is an effect of skipping exercises on leg muscle power and abdominal muscle strength to support FSC football heading ability with a significance of 0.000.
