Penelitian ini berjudul Collaborative Governance dalam Keberhasilan Pengembangan Kapasitas Koperasi Nira Kamukten. Di tengah lesunya kinerja koperasi di Indonesia dan banyaknya pembubaran koperasi tersebut, Koperasi Nira Kamukten masih mampu bertahan dan benar-benar menorehkan prestasi, bahkan mampu mengekspor ke luar negeri. Hal ini tentunya tidak terlepas dari pengelolaan koperasi yang baik dengan dukungan dari pihak internal maupun eksternal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keberhasilan Koperasi Nira Kamukten dalam mengembangkan kapasitas melalui proses tata kelola kolaboratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep proses kolaborasi lintas sektor yang dimiliki oleh Emerson, dkk yang meliputi tiga tahapan yaitu dinamika kolaborasi, tindakan kolaboratif, dampak dan adaptasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Koperasi Nira Kamukten berhasil meningkatkan kapasitasnya melalui proses kerjasama lintas sektor yang ditunjukkan dengan pengaruh hasil kerjasama yang signifikan terhadap kapasitas organisasi. Secara lebih spesifik, pada aspek sumber daya organisasi, khususnya dalam hal sumber daya manusia, kolaborasi mampu meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia secara langsung melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan yang intensif. Sedangkan dari segi manajemen kerjasama cenderung secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi proses manajerial koperasi karena Koperasi Nira Kamukten cenderung mengelola secara mandiri dengan membatasi intervensi dari pihak luar.

This research is entitled Collaborative Governance in the Success of Capacity Development Nira Kamukten Cooperative. In the midst of the sluggish performance of cooperatives in Indonesia and the many dissolutions of these cooperatives, the Nira Kamukten Cooperative was still able to survive and actually made achievements, even to the point where it was able to export abroad. This of course cannot be separated from good cooperative management with support from internal and external parties.The purpose of this research is to analyze the success of the Nira Kamukten Cooperative in developing capacity through a process of collaborative governance. This study uses the concept of a cross-sector collaboration process owned by Emerson, et al which includes three stages, namely the dynamics of collaboration, collaborative action, impact and adaptation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that the Nira Kamukten Cooperative has succeeded in increasing its capacity through a cross-sector collaboration process, which is indicated by the significant influence of the collaboration results on organizational capacity. More specifically, in the aspect of organizational resources, especially in terms of human resources, collaboration is able to improve the quality of human resources directly through intensive training and mentoring. Meanwhile, in terms of collaboration management it tends to indirectly influence the managerial processes of the cooperative because the Nira Kamukten Cooperative tends to manage independently by limiting intervention from outside parties.
