PENGARUH GALUR AYAM LOKAL DAN SUPLEMENTASI FEED ADDITIVE TERHADAP BOBOT DAN PERSENTASE ORGAN AKSESORI

Penelitian dengan judul “Pengaruh Galur Ayam Lokal dan Suplementasi Feed Additive terhadap Bobot dan Persentase Organ Aksesori” bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi antara galur ayam lokal dan suplementasi feed additive terhadap bobot dan persentase organ aksesori. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Juli 2021 – 13 Oktober 2021, bertempat di Kandang Dukuhwaluh dan Laboratorium Produksi Ternak Unggas, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Materi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ayam Kampung (A1), ayam Kampung Unggul Balitnak (A2), dan ayam Kedu (A3) berumur 28 hari yang sudah dipelihara sebelumnya dari DOC masing-masing sebanyak 160 ekor sehingga total 480 ekor. Pakan yang digunakan adalah pakan basal dengan penambahan feed additive Kontrol (B1), pakan basal + tepung sambiloto 1% (B2), pakan basal + tepung garlic 1% (B3), pakan basal + kalimun 1% (B4). Kandang yang digunakan adalah kandang koloni lantai litter sebanyak 48 unit percobaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial yang terdiri dari 12 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan dan setiap unit percobaan terdapat 10 ekor ayam lokal. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji analisis variasi (ANAVA), kemudian dilanjutkan menggunakan Uji Lanjut Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ). Hasil analisis variansi pola faktorial menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara galur ayam lokal dan feed additive berpengaruh tidak nyata (P<0,05) terhadap bobot organ aksesori. Galur ayam lokal berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap bobot organ aksesori. Suplementasi feed additive berpengaruh tidak nyata (P<0,05) terhadap bobot dan persentase organ aksesori. Bobot hati ayam kedu secara signifikan lebih tinggi dari ayam kampung dan KUB. Rataan bobot hati paling tinggi pada ayam Kedu 24,93±8,52g, ayam Kampung Unggul Balitnak 19,63±3,22g, dan paling rendah pada ayam kampung 19,49±4,04g. Rataan bobot limpa paling tinggi pada ayam kedu sebesar 3,26±1,88g, ayam Kampung Unggul Balitnak 2,09±0,77g, dan paling rendah pada ayam kampung 1,85±1,08g. Rataan bobot pankreas paling tinggi pada ayam Kedu 2,29±0,33g, ayam Kampung Unggul Balitnak 1,98±0,41g, dan paling rendah pada ayam kampung 1,75±0,34g. Hasil analisis keragaman menunjukkan interaksi antara galur ayam lokal dan feed additive maupun masing-masing faktor berpengaruh tidak nyata (F Hit < F Tabel 0,05) terhadap persentase organ aksesori (p>0,05).

The research "The Effect of Local Chicken Strains and Feed Additive Supplementation on Weight and Percentage of Accessory Organs" aims to determine the interaction between local chicken lines and feed additive supplementation on the weight and proportion of accessory organs. The research was carried out on July 12 2021 – October 13 2021, at the Dukuhwaluh Cages and Poultry Production Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Jenderal Soedirman University. The research materials used in this study were free-range chicken (A1), Kampung Unggul Balitnak chicken (A2), and Kedu chicken (A3) aged 28 days which had been raised previously from DOC each of 160 for a total of 480. The feed used was basal feed with the addition of control feed additive (B1), basal feed + 1% bitter flour (B2), basal feed + 1% garlic powder (B3), basal feed + 1% potassium potassium (B4). The cages used were litter floor colony cages of 48 experimental units. The research method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial pattern consisting of 12 treatments and 4 replications and each experimental unit consisted of 10 local chickens. Data were analyzed using the analysis of variation test (ANOVA), then continued using the Follow-up Test for Honest Significant Differences (BNJ). The results of the factorial pattern analysis of variance showed that the interaction between local chicken lines and feed additives had no significant effect (P<0.05) on accessory organ weights. Local chicken lines had a significant effect (P>0.05) on accessory organ weights. Feed additive supplementation had no significant effect (P<0.05) on the weight and proportion of accessory organs. Kedu chicken liver weight was significantly higher than free-range and KUB chickens. The highest average liver weight was in Kedu chickens 24.93 ± 8.52 g, Kampung Unggul Balitnak chickens 19.63 ± 3.22 g, and the lowest in native chickens 19.49 ± 4.04 g. The highest average spleen weight was found in kedu chickens of 3.26 ± 1.88 g, Kampung Unggul Balitnak chickens of 2.09 ± 0.77 g, and the lowest in native chickens of 1.85 ± 1.08 g. The highest average pancreatic weight was in Kedu chickens 2.29 ± 0.33 g, Kampung Unggul Balitnak chickens 1.98 ± 0.41 g, and the lowest in native chickens 1.75 ± 0.34 g. The results of trend analysis showed that the interaction between local chicken lines and feed additives and each factor had no significant effect (F Hit < F Table 0.05) on the proportion of accessory organs (p> 0.05).
