Suplementasi Biopeptida Asal Ceker Ayam Pengaruhnya Terhadap Bobot Karkas dan Nonkarkas Ayam Broiler

Penelitian berjudul “ Suplementasi Biopeptida Asal Ceker Ayam Pengaruhnya Terhadap Bobot Karkas dan Nonkarkas Ayam Broiler” dilaksanakan di Desa Karanggintung Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas dan Laboratorium Ilmu Nutrisi Makanan Ternak, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji suplementasi biopeptida asal ceker ayam pengaruhnya terhadap bobot karkas dan nonkarkas ayam broiler. Penelitian dilaksanakan secara eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Dengan materi ayam broiler strain CP 707 sebanyak 200 ekor dari umur DOC hingga 35 hari. Bahan yang digunakan adalah biopeptida asal ceker ayam yang mengandung protein sebesar 14,10%, lemak kasar 13,81%, serat kasar 18,19%, pakan basal dan air minum. Perlakuan penelitian terdiri atas R0 = pakan basal tanpa biopeptida, R1 = pakan basal + biopeptida 2%, R2 = pakan basal + biopeptida 4%, R3 = pakan basal + biopeptida 6%. Variabel yang diukur adalah bobot karkas dan nonkarkas. Analisis variansi menghasilkan informasi bahwa perlakuan biopeptida asal ceker ayam berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap bobot karkas dan nonkarkas. Rataan bobot karkas dengan R0 = 671,74 ± 14,99 g/ekor, R1 = 687,04 ± 16,05 g/ekor, R2 = 707,94 ± 12,69 g/ekor, R3 = 721,30 ± 8,62 g/ekor, dan rataan nonkarkas dengan R0 = 328,26 ± 14,99 g/ekor, R1 = 312,96 ± 16,05 g/ekor, R2 = 292,06 ± 12,69 g/ekor, R3 = 278,70 ± 8,62 g/ekor. Uji lanjut orthogonal polinomial menghasilkan regresi berbentuk linear dengan persamaan Y = 0,017x + 0,655 dan R2 = 0,711 berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) meningkatkan bobot karkas dan Y = -0,017x + 0,345 dan R2 = 0,711 berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) menurunkan bobot nonkarkas. Semakin meningkat taraf suplementasi biopeptida ceker ayam maka bobot karkas semakin tinggi.

The research entitled “ Carcass and Noncarcass Weight of Broiler Chicken Feed Biopeptide from Chicken Feet” was carried out in Karanggintung Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency and Animal Feed Nutrition Science Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. This study aims to examine the effect of biopeptide supplementation from chicken feet on carcass and noncarcass weight of broiler chickens. The research was carried out exprimentally using a completely randomized design (CRD). With 200 CP 707 strain broiler chickens from DOC age to 35 days. The materials used are biopeptides from chicken feet containing 14.10% protein, 13.81% crude fat, 18.19% crude fiber, basal feed and drinking water. The experimental treatment consisted of RO = basal feed without biopeptide, R1 = basal feed + 2% biopeptide, R2 = basal feed + 4% biopeptide, R3 = basal feed + 6% biopeptide. The variable measured were carcass and noncarcass. Analysis of variance yielded information that the biopeptide treatment from chicken feet had a very significant effect (P<0.01) on carcas and noncarcass weight. Average carcass weight with R0 = 671,74 ± 14,99 g/head, R1 = 687,04 ± 16,05 g/head, R2 = 707,94 ± 12,69 g/head, R3 = 721,30 ± 8,62 g/head, and average noncarcass with R0 = 328,26 ± 14,99 g/head, R1 = 312,96 ± 16,05 g/head, R2 = 292,06 ± 12,69 g/head, R3 = 278,70 ± 8,62 g/head. Polynomial orthogonal follow-up test produced a linear regression with the equation Y = 0,017x + 0,655 and R2 = 0,711 which had a very significant effect (P<0,01) increasing carcas weight and Y = -0,017x + 0,345 and R2 = 0,711 which had a very significant effect (P<0,01) decreased noncarcass weight. The higher the level of chicken claw biopeptide supplementation, the higher the carcass weight.
