Rapat Verifikasi/Pencocokan Piutang Kreditor dan Pajak merupakan salah satu rangkaian rapat kreditor dalam upaya pemberesan harta pailit milik Debitor oleh Tim Kurator yang ditunjuk dalam suatu putusan pailit. Pasal 116 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dan PKPU menyebutkan bahwa Kurator wajib mencocokkan perhitungan piutang yang diserahkan oleh Kreditor dengan catatan yang telah dibuat sebelumnya dan keterangan Debitor Pailit atau berunding dengan Kreditor jika terdapat keberatan terhadap penagihan yang diterima. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembatalan rapat verifikasi/pencocokan piutang dalam Putusan Nomor 25/Pdt.Sus-GugatanLainLain/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst apabila ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan Dan PKPU dan akibat hukumnya terhadap para Kreditor yang tidak dicocokan piutangnya dalam rapat tersebut.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi kepustakaaan, data yang diperoleh disajikan dengan teks naratif, dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode normatif kualitatif.  
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembatalan rapat verifikasi/pencocokan piutang dalam Putusan Nomor 25/Pdt.Sus-GugatanLainLain/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst telah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang diatur dalam Pasal 121 dan Pasal 116 ayat (1) huruf a Undang-Undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dan PKPU. TIM KURATOR PT. JAVA STAR RIG & PT. ATLANTIC OILFIELD SERVICES terbukti tidak melakukan pencocokan seluruh piutang para Kreditor PT. JAVA STAR RIG & PT. ATLANTIC OILFIELD SERVICES yang mengakibatkan para Kreditor yang tidak dicocokan piutangnya kehilangan hak untuk memperoleh pembayaran utang terhadap Debitor Pailit sebagaimana dengan ketentuan Pasal 188 Undang-Undang Undang-Undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dan PKPU.

The Creditor and Tax Receivables Verification/Matching Meeting is one of a part of creditor meetings in an effort to settle bankrupt assets belonging to the Debtor by a Team of Curators appointed in a Bankruptcy Decision. In Article 116 paragraph (1) of the Bankruptcy and Suspension of Obligations for Payment of Debt Law, it is stated that the Curator is obliged to match the calculation of receivables submitted by the Creditor with the records previously made and the Bankrupt Debtor's statement or negotiate with the Creditor if there are objections to the billing received. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Cancellation of the Verification/Accounts Matching Meeting in decision number 25/Pdt.Sus-GugatanLainLain/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst when viewed from Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations and the legal consequences for creditors whose receivables were not matched at the meeting..
The method used in this study is normative juridical with descriptive research specifications. The data sources used are secondary data consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The data collection method is carried out by literature study, the data obtained were presented with narrative texts, and the data analysis method used was a qualitative normative method.  
Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the cancellation of the verification/matching accounts receivable meeting in Decision Number 25/Pdt.Sus-GugatanLainLain/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst complies with the provisions stipulated in Article 121 and Article 116 paragraph (1) letter a of the Bankruptcy and Suspension of Obligations for Payment of Debt Law. CURATOR TEAM PT. JAVA STAR RIG & PT. It was proven that ATLANTIC OILFIELD SERVICES did not match all creditors of PT. JAVA STAR RIG & PT. ATLANTIC OILFIELD SERVICES which results in creditors whose receivables are not matched lose the right to obtain payment of debts against bankrupt debtors in accordance with the provisions of Article 188 of the Bankruptcy and Suspension of Obligations for Payment of Debt Law.
