DISTRIBUSI GEOGRAFIS TUNGAU PARASIT NYAMUK Aedes sp. DI DAERAH ENDEMIS DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE DI KABUPATEN BANJARNEGARA
Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)
Parasitic mites as nature enemy of the Aedes sp. could be potential infected at any stage of the Aedes sp. Infect ability of parasite mites to it is host Aedes sp. is very influence the pattern of distribution of parasitic mites. Distribution of Aedes sp. widespread expected to affect the distribution of parasitic mites. The aims of this research were to (1) determine family of parasite’s mite which infect on Aedes sp. mosquito larvae and (2) determining the geographical distribution patterns of parasitic mites of Aedes sp. in dengue fever area in the Banjarnegara District. The used material is larvae of Aedes sp. which taken from endemic region of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Banjarnegara District. The study site in the Parakancanggah Village, Kutabanjar Village, Krandegan Village and Sokanandi Village. Method used was survey with purposive sampling technique. Variable observed in this research is the distribution pattern of parasitic mite Aedes sp. larvae. Parameter observed included the family and number of individual of parasitic mite of each individual mosquito larvae, average value and the variance. Data were analyzed using average value and the variance, so the distribution pattern can be determined. The level of parasitic mite distribution was analyzed using index K' negative binomial distribution. Results showed that found 30 individual of parasite’s mite from 1429 samples of examined mosquito Aedes sp. larvae. The result of identification was found five families of parasitic mites they are Pionidae, Histiostomatidae, Hydryphantidae, Hydrachnidae and Arrenuridae. The distribution pattern of parasitic mite species are regular and the value of indeks K negative binomial distribution highest in the Krandegan Village is 1,3225.
