Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya nilai Objek Wisata Hutan Pinus Limpakuwus berdasarkan TCM. Selanjutnya, untuk menganalisis variabel pendapatan, jarak, biaya perjalanan, usia, waktu tempuh dan pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap jumlah kunjungan wisatawan Objek Wisata Hutan Pinus Limpakuwus. Dan yang terakhir yaitu untuk mengetahui variabel manakah yang paling berpengaruh terhadap jumlah kunjungan Objek Wisata Hutan Pinus Limpakuwus. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian yaitu dengan menggunakan accidental sampling melalui wawancara dengan bantuan kuisoner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis travel cost dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penlitian ini menunjukan bahwa total biaya perjalanan seluruh responden adalah sebesar Rp 17.284.000,00 dengan total rata-rata biaya responden sebesar Rp 172.840,00 per orang. Hasil regresi menunjukan bahwa variabel pendapatan, usia dan waktu tempuh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah kunjungan, sedangkan variabel jarak, biaya perjalanan dan pendidikan tidak perpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap jumlah kunjungan wisatawan.

The purpose of this research is to determine the value of Limpakuwus Pine Forest Tourism Object based on TCM. Then, to analyze the variables of income, distance, travel costs, age, travel time and education affect the number of tourist visits to the Limpakuwus Pine Forest Tourism Object. And the last is to find out which variable has the most influence on the number of visitors to the Limpakuwus Pine Forest Tourism Object. The method used in taking research samples is by using accidental sampling through interviews with the help of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, travel cost analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show the total travel costs of all respondents amounted to Rp. 17,284,000.00 with an average total cost of respondents of Rp. 172,840.00 every person. The regression results show that the variables of income, age and travel time have a positive and significant effect on the number of visits, while the variables of distance, travel costs and education have no and significant effect on the number of tourist visits.
