Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan upaya mempertahankan Kohesivitas Fisip Unsoed Radio dalam kepengurusan periode 2020-2021 . Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan ditelaah dengan Teori Groupthink. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat upaya dalam menjaga kohesivitas Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Fisip Unsoed Radio periode kepengurusan 2020-2021 di antaranya pemberian tanggung jawab terhadap anggota sesuai fungsi dan peran kemudian tetap berusaha menghubungi anggota, baik itu lewat komunikasi dua arah dengan anggota baik secara personal atau evaluasi rutin dari divisi HRD atau dari internal divisi. Selanjutnya terdapat faktor yang mendukung kohesivitas Fisip Unsoed Radio yakni tingginya minat anggota terhadap radio, anggota yang aktif, dan tanggung jawab. Terdapat pula faktor penghambat kohesivitas Fisip Unsoed Radio seperti perubahan bentuk komunikasi dan produksi dari offline ke online, culture shock, kesibukan anggota, dan jaringan internet yang tidak stabil.

This research aims to describe efforts to maintain the cohesion of Fisip Unsoed Radio during the leadership period of 2020-2021. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and is analyzed using the Groupthink Theory. Data collection techniques used in this research include observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were selected using purposive sampling technique. The results show that there are efforts to maintain the cohesion of Fisip Unsoed Radio, such as assigning responsibilities to members according to their functions and roles and continuously contacting members, either through two-way communication with members personally or through routine evaluations by the HRD division or from the internal division. Furthermore, there are supporting factors for the cohesion of Fisip Unsoed Radio, such as the high interest of members in radio, active members, and responsibility. There are also factors that hinder the cohesion of Fisip Unsoed Radio, such as changes in communication and production format from offline to online, culture shock, members' busy schedules, and unstable internet connections.
