Angka kunjungan ke Posbindu PTM Pondok Aren hanya sebesar 37% dan Pondok Jaya sebesar 51,4% dari target 100%. Angka tersebut masih sangat rendah maka dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pondok Aren Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Posbindu PTM Puskesmas Pondok Aren pada bulan Februari 2023. Responden berjumlah 70 orang menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan kuesioner terkait variabel independen yang terdiri atas usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, status bekerja, aksesibilitas, dukungan keluarga, motivasi diri, dan peran tenaga kesehatan, dan variabel dependen yaitu perilaku pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM. Penelitian menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebesar 65,7% responden berusia 46-55 tahun, 74,3% berjenis kelamin perempuan, 41,4% berpendidikan terakhir SMA/sederajat, 84,3% dengan status tidak bekerja, 77,1% merasa lokasi Posbindu PTM mudah ditempuh, 51,4% merasa mendapat dukungan keluarga, 68,6% memiliki motivasi diri yang tinggi, dan 77,1% merasa peran tenaga kesehatan baik. Variabel usia, aksesibilitas, dukungan keluarga, motivasi diri dan peran tenaga kesehatan berhubungan dengan perilaku pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM. Variabel usia dan motivasi diri berpengaruh signifikan dengan perilaku pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah usia dengan nilai p-value 0,044 dan nilai OR 14,136. Variabel usia berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pondok Aren sehingga diharapkan puskesmas dapat bekerja sama dengan lintas sektor lain demi menjangkau lebih banyak sasaran program.

The number of visits to the Integrated Development Post of NCDs in Pondok Aren is only 37% and Pondok Jaya is 51.4% of the target of 100%. This figure is still very low, so this study conducted to know the factors related to the utilization of Integrated Development Post of NCDs in Pondok Aren Health Center working area, South Tangerang City. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The research conducted at the Integrated Development Post of NCDs in Pondok Aren Health Center in February 2023. A total of 70 respondents used a total sampling technique. Primary data collection used a questionnaire related to independent variables consisting of age, gender, education, working status, accessibility, family support, self-motivation, and the role of health workers, and the dependent variable, the behavior of the utilization of Integrated Development Post of NCDs. This study used univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. The results showed that 65,7% of respondents were aged 40-55 years, 74.3% were female, 41.4% graduated from high school/equivalent, 84.3% with unemployed status, 77.1% felt easy accessibility, 51,4 % felt they got family support, 68.6% had high self-motivation, and 77.1% felt the role of health workers was good. The variables of age, accessibility, family support, self-motivation, and the role of health workers are related to the behavior. Age and self-motivation have a significant effect on behavior. The most influential factor is age with a p-value of 0.044 and OR 14,136. Age influences the behavior of the utilization of Integrated Development Post of NCDs in the Pondok Aren Health Center working area so it’s hoped that Health Center can work together with other cross-sectors to reach more program targets.
