Artikel hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menjelaskan aktor yang terlibat pada relasi dalam pengembangan objek wisata Curug Song di Desa Kalisalak Kabupaten Banyumas, relasi aktor yang terlibat, dan faktor kontekstual yang mendorong dan menghambatnya. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus dalam bingkai perspektif strukturalisme dan paradigma kontruktivisme. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa terjadi proses politik dalam pengembangan objek wisata Curug Song di Desa Kalisalak Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan hasil kerjasama antar aktor yang bersifat asosiatif. Dalam hal ini, aktor yang terlibat adalah Pemerintah Desa Kalisalak, Perhutani KPH Banyumas Timur, PT Aji Rohman Mandiri, dan masyarakat setempat. Setiap aktor yang terlibat mempunyai kedudukan dan kewenangan untuk saling bekerjasama mencari keuntungan. Kemudian, faktor pendukung dalam relasi aktor dalam pengembangan objek wisata Curug Song di Desa Kalisalak Kabupaten Banyumas, yaitu 1) potensi sumber daya alam; 2) pemberdayaan masyarakat. Di sisi lain, terdapat faktor penghambat relasi aktor yang terjadi, yaitu 1) keterbatasan dana; 2) kewenangan dan kepentingan. Hal tersebut terjadi karena kurangnya sinergitas antaraktor yang menjadikan relasi antaraktor yang terjadi tidak seimbang.

The purpose of this study were to to identify and explain the actors involved in the relationship in the development of the Curug Song tourist attraction in Kalisalak Village, Banyumas Regency, the relationship actors involved, and the contextual factors that encourage and inhibit it. By using qualitative methods and case study approaches within the framework of structuralism perspective and constructivism paradigm. The results of this study revealed that the occurrence of a political process in the development of the Curug Song tourist attraction in Kalisalak Village, Banyumas Regency was an associative collaboration between actors. In this case, the actors involved were the Kalisalak Village Government, Perhutani KPH East Banyumas, PT Aji Rohman Mandiri, and the local community. Every actor involved has the position and authority to cooperate with each other for profit. Then, the supporting factors in actor relations in the development of the Curug Song tourist attraction in Kalisalak Village, Banyumas Regency, namely 1) natural resource potential; 2) community empowerment. On the other hand, there are factors inhibiting actor relations that occur, namely 1) limited funds; 2) authority and interests. This happens because of the lack of synergy between the actors which makes the relationship between the actors unbalanced.
