OR “compliance” OR “perilaku/behavior” AND “protokol kesehatan/health protocol” AND “COVID-19”. Background : As the key to breaking the chain of transmission of COVID-19, the level of discipline and community compliance in implementing the 3M health protocol (wearing masks, maintaining distance and avoiding crowds, and washing hands with soap) is required. Community compliance in implementing COVID-19 health protocols is still not optimal. This study aims to review the factors that determine (determinants) community compliance with the COVID-19 health protocol by synthesizing or summarizing several relevant research results. Methods : This study was conducted by systematic review. Articles searches were carried out using the Google Scholar and PubMed databases with the keywords “adherence” OR “compliance” OR “behavior” AND “health protocol” AND “COVID-19”. The total searches from the database were 2,713 articles, then after screening the articles through duplication checks and evaluation of eligibility criteria, also assessment of the quality of articles was carried out using instruments from JBI Critical Appraisal, there are 10 articles obtained. Results : The results of this study showed that out of 10 articles, 16 factors that influenced community compliance with the COVID-19 health protocol were found which are the determinants of public compliance with the COVID-19 health protocol. Conclusions : Determinants of community compliance with the COVID-19 health protocol in Indonesia are knowledge, attitude, education, age, gender, occupation, institutional commitment, social status, health status, social norms, subjective norms, behavior control, self-efficacy, motivation, perception benefits and history of testing for COVID-19. Keywords : Compliance, Covid-19, Health Protocol
