Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk mendukung swasembada pangan adalah dengan membuat program Integrated Participatory Development and Management of Irrigation Program (IPDMIP). Program SL-IPDMIP disampaikan kepada petani melalui praktek lapangan sesuai dengan paket-paket teknologi pengelolaan tanaman terpadu. Namun, keadaan di lapangan perlu disesuikan dengan kondisi petani, seperti halnya bagaimana adopsi petani dalam penerapan dan apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat adopsi petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat adopsi petani terhadap pengelolaan tanaman terpadu dalam program sekolah lapang IPDMIP padi di Kecamatan Sokaraja, Kabupaten Banyumas dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat adopsi petani terhadap pengelolaan tanaman terpadu dalam program sekolah lapang IPDMIP padi di Kecamatan Sokaraja, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Sokaraja. Metode penelitian digunakan yaitu purposive random sampling. Metode pengambilan data dengan wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat adopsi petani terhadap pengelolaan tanaman terpadu dalam program SL-IPDMIP di Kecamatan Sokaraja, Kabupaten Banyumas adalah tinggi. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat adopsi petani dalam program SL-IPDMIP adalah umur, luas lahan, dan keaktifan dalam kelompok tani, sedangkan faktor-faktor yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat adopsi dalam program SL-IPDMIP adalah tingkat pendidikan, lama pengalaman bertani, dan frekuensi mengikuti sekolah lapang.

One of the government's attempts to support food self-sufficiency is the Integrated Participatory Development and Management of Irrigation Program (IPDMIP). The SL-IPDMIP program is delivered to farmers through field practice in accordance with integrated crop management technology packages. However, the situation in the field needs to be adjusted to the conditions of farmers, such as how farmer's adoption in the application and what are the factors that affect the level of adoption of farmers. This study aims to analyze the level of farmers' adoption of integrated crop management in the IPDMIP rice field school program in Sokaraja Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency and to determine the factors that influence the level of farmers' adoption of integrated crop management in the IPDMIP rice field school program in Sokaraja Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency. This research was conducted in Sokaraja Sub-district. The research method used was purposive random sampling. Data collection methods were interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used was descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the level of farmers' adoption of integrated crop management in the SL-IPDMIP program in Sokaraja District, Banyumas Regency was high. Factors that influence the level of adoption of farmers in the SL-IPDMIP program are age, land size, and activity in farmer groups, while factors that do not influence the level of adoption in the SL-IPDMIP program are the level of education, length of farming experience, and frequency of attending field schools.
