BERAT JENIS DAN TOTAL SOLID SUSU SEGAR KAMBING PERANAKAN ETAWA (PE) DI KECAMATAN GUMELAR KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi Berat Jenis, Total Solid, dan hubungan antara Berat Jenis dengan Total Solid susu segar kambing Peranakan Etawa di Kecamatan Gumelar Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian menggunakan survei dan uji laboratorium. Sampel susu sebanyak 500 ml diambil dari kambing Peranakan Etawa di kelompok Tunas Mukti, Satoguno, Pegumas dan Bondo Mertani, masing – masing kelompok sebanyak 5 peternak. Sampel tersebut kemudian di uji menggunakan Lactiscan Milk Analyzer di Laboratorium Produksi Ternak Perah Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Selain itu juga dilakukan penghitungan kelompom gizi kambig Peranakan Etawa sampel. Data Berat Jenis dan Total Solid dianalisis mengunakan Uji T dan Uji Regresi Linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Berat Jenis dari mssing – masing kelompok sebesar Tunas Mukti 1,032, Satoguno 1,032, Pegumas 1,028, Bondo Mertani 1,03, dan Total Solid dsri mssing – masing kelompok sebesar Tunas Mukti 11,801, Satoguno 11,055, Pegumas 12,57, Bondo Mertani 11,923. Hasil Uji T menunjukan bahwa Berat Jenis dan Susu Segar kambng Peranakan Etawa diantara keempat kelompok tersebut tidak signifikan (<0,05), sedangkan hubungan antara Berat Jenis dan Total Solid hubungannya termasuk kategori sedang dengan nikai korelasi 0,494. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Berat Jenis dan Total Solid susu segar kambing Peranakan Etawa di Kecamatan Gumelar masih tergolong bagus sesuai dengan standar TAS No 6006 (2008) Berat Jenis sebesar 1,028 dan rataan Total Solid 10,9%.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the specific gravity, total solids, and the relationship between specific gravity and total solids in fresh milk of Etawa Peranakan goats in Gumelar District, Banyumas Regency. Research using surveys and laboratory tests. A 500 ml milk sample was taken from Peranakan Etawa goats in the Tunas Mukti, Satoguno, Pegumas and Bondo Mertani groups, each group consisting of 5 breeders. The sample was then tested using a Lactiscan Milk Analyzer at the Dairy Cattle Production Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Jenderal Soedirman University. In addition, nutritional group calculations of the Peranakan Etawa goat samples were also carried out. Specific gravity and total solid data were analyzed using the T test and linear regression test. The results showed that the specific gravity of each group was 1.032 for Mukti Shoots, 1.032 for Satoguno, 1.028 for Pegumas, 1.03 for Bondo Mertani, and 1.03 for Total Solid from 11.801 for each group for Mukti Shoots, 11.055 Satoguno, 12.57 for Pegumas, and 12.57 Bondo. Mertani 11,923. The results of the T test showed that the specific gravity and fresh milk of the Etawa crossbreed goats among the four groups were not significant (<0.05), while the relationship between specific gravity and total solids was in the moderate category with a correlation value of 0.494. It can be concluded that the Specific Gravity and Total Solids of fresh milk of Peranakan Etawa goats in Gumelar District are still relatively good according to the TAS standard No 6006 (2008) Specific Gravity is 1.028 and the average Total Solids is 10.9%.
