Wilayah Purwokerto Timur merupakan salah satu daerah endemik Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) di Kabupaten Banyumas. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan data dari Puskesmas I Purwokerto Timur sejak tiga tahun terakhir penyakit DBD mengalami peningkatan. Pada tahun 2020 kasus penderita penyakit DBD sebanyak 66 orang, pada tahun 2021 kasus penderita penyakit DBD sebanyak 53 orang serta kematian akibat DBD sebanyak 2 orang, dan pada tahun 2022 kasus penderita penyakit DBD sebanyak 57 orang serta kematian akibat DBD sebanyak 1 orang. Di Puskesmas I Purwokerto timur terdapat program Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) yang sudah dilakukan sejak dulu, sehingga berkaitan dengan penyakit DBD. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi penerapan Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas I Purwokerto Timur dari sisi context, input, process dan product. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 informan utama dan 3 informan pendukung dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara kepada informan, studi dokumen dan observasi. Keabsahan data diuji dengan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil evaluasi context, input, process dan product (CIPP). Evaluasi context menunjukkan identifikasi latar belakang, tujuan dan sasaran. Evaluasi input menujukkan kondisi sumber daya manusia, dana, sarana dan prasarana, alat serta metode. Evaluasi process menjunjukkan persiapan, pelaksanaan serta pengawasan dan pemantauan. Evaluasi product menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan PSN belum memenuhi indikator angka bebas jentik, dimana masih kurang dari 95%. Angka bebas jentik tersebut dipengaruhi juga oleh iklim hujan yang dapat menimbulkan genangan air sehingga tempat perkembangbiakan nyamuk Aedes Aegipty bertambah.

The East Purwokerto region is one of the endemic areas of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever  (DHF) in Banyumas Regency. Based on the results of preliminary studies, data from Puskesmas I Purwokerto Timur since the last three years dengue disease has increased. In 2020 there were 66 cases of dengue patients, in 2021 there were 53 cases of dengue fever and 2 deaths from dengue fever, and in 2022 there were 57 cases of dengue  disease  and 1 person from dengue fever. At puskesmas I Purwokerto timur, there is a Mosquito Nest Eradication (MNE) program that has been carried out for a long time, so it is related to dengue disease. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the application of Mosquito Nest Eradication (MNE)  in the Working Area of Puskesmas I Purwokerto Timur in terms of context, input, process and product. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects of this study consisted of 6 main informants and 3 supporting informants with purposive sampling techniques.  Data collection was carried out by interviews with informants, document studies and observations. The validity of the data is tested by source and method triangulation techniques. The results showed the results of the evaluation of context, input, process and product (CIPP). Context evaluation  shows the identification of backgrounds, goals and objectives. Evaluation of  inputs shows the condition of human resources, funds, facilities and infrastructure, tools and methods. Process evaluation  shows the preparation, implementation and supervision and monitoring. Product evaluation  shows that  the implementation of PSN has not met the flick-free number indicator, which is still less than 95%. The larvae-free figure is also influenced by the rainy climate which can cause stagnant water so that the breeding grounds of Aedes Aegipty mosquitoes  increase.
