HUBUNGAN RASIO NEUTROFIL-LIMFOSIT (NLR) DENGAN UKURAN UTERUS PADA ADENOMIOSIS DI RSUD PROF. DR. MARGONO SOEKARJO PURWOKERTO

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Adenomiosis adalah inflamasi kronis yang disebabkan karena adanya stroma dan kelenjar endometrium di dalam miometrium. Ukuran uterus yang membesar merupakan dampak dari adenomiosis dan dapat menyebabkan semakin parahnya gejala yang timbul bahkan dapat menyebabkan tingginya risiko terjadi infertilitas. Rasio Neutrofil-Limfosit (NLR) parameter yang mudah didapatkan pada pemeriksaan hematologi dan telah terbukti dapat digunakan untuk penanda adanya inflamasi. 
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan Rasio Neutrofil-Limfosit (NLR) dengan ukuran uterus pada adenomiosis di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan studi cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 pasien adenomiosis di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto pada tahun 2017-2020. Data yang diambil merupakan data sekunder dari rekam medik laboratorium patologi anatomi dan patologi klinik RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Nilai NLR didapat dari jumlah neutrofil absolut dibagi jumlah limfosit absolut. Ukuran adenomiosis didapat dari pemeriksaan makroskopis dengan satuan sentimeter. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji parametrik korelatif Pearson.
Hasil: Hasil uji korelasi Pearson Rasio Neutrofil-Limfosit (NLR) dengan ukuran uterus pada adenomiosis menunjukkan nilai r = 0,399 dan p = 0,029 (p<0,05). Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif kuat dan signifikan secara statistik.
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara Rasio Neutrofil-Limfosit (NLR) dengan ukuran uterus pada adenomiosis di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto.

ABSTRACT
Background: Adenomyosis is a chronic inflammation caused by the presence of endometrial stroma and glands within the myometrium. Enlargement of the uterus is a result of adenomyosis and can make symptoms worse also cause high risk of infertility. Neutrophil-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) is a simple parameter on hematological examination and has been known as an inflammatory marker.

Aim: To determine the relationship between Neutrophil-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) and uterine size in adenomyosis at RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto.
Method: This study was an analytic observational study with a cross sectional. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling. The number of subjects in this study were 30 adenomyosis patients at RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto 2017-2020. Data were collected through medical records from anatomical pathology laboratory and clinical pathology laboratory at RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. NLR is obtained by dividing the absolute count of neutrophils from lymphocytes. Uterine size in adenomyosis is measure from macroscopic examination in centimeters.  Data were analyzed using Pearson test.
Result: The results of the Pearson correlation test between Neutrophil-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) with uterine size in adenomyosis showed a value of r = 0.399 and p = 0.029 (p<0.05). Based on the results of data analysis showed that there is a strong possitive relationship and statistically significant. 
Conclusion: There is a relationship between the Neutrophil-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) and uterine size in adenomyosis at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital.
