ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENDAPATAN BURUH JAHIT DAN KONTRIBUSINYA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN RUMAH TANGGA DI DESA TEMBOK KIDUL KECAMATAN ADIWERNA KABUPATEN TEGAL

Sektor industri khususnya industri manufaktur menjadi sektor yang berkontribusi besar terhadap produk domestik bruto (PDB) Indonesia. Sektor industri juga banyak menyerap tenaga kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh usia, jam kerja, pengalaman kerja, jenis kelamin, dan kepemilikan mesin jahit terhadap pendapatan buruh jahit; mengukur tingkat kontribusi pendapatan buruh jahit terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga, dan mengukur tingkat kelayakan hidup buruh jahit. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa jam kerja dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap pendapatan buruh jahit. Buruh jahit laki-laki memperoleh pendapatan yang lebih besar dibandingkan buruh jahit perempuan. Usia dan kepemilikan mesin jahit tidak berpengaruh signifkan terhadap pendapatan buruh jahit. Rata-rata kontribusi pendapatan buruh jahit terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga sebesar 40,51 persen dengan kategori kontribusi sedang. Pendapatan yang diterima buruh jahit belum mampu mencapai standar kehidupan layak ditetapkan sesuai UMK.

The industrial sector, especially the manufacturing industry, contributes greatly to Indonesia's gross domestic product (GDP). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of age, working hours, work experience, gender, and ownership of sewing machines on the income of sewing workers; measures the level of contribution of sewing workers' income to household income, and measures the level of viability of sewing workers. The result of this study shows that working hours and work experience have a significant positive effect on the income of sewing workers. Male sewing workers earn more income than female sewing workers. The age and ownership of the sewing machine have no significant effect on the income of sewing workers. The average contribution of sewing workers income to household income was 40.51 percent with a moderate contribution category. The income received by sewing workers has not been able to achieve a decent standard of living set according to the MSE.
