PENERAPAN MODEL UTAUT 2 DAN PERCIEVED RISK TERHADAP BEHAVIORAL INTENTION PADA PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI “MYPERTAMINA”

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif pada pengguna aplikasi ”MyPertamina”. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Penerapan Model UTAUT 2 Dan Percieved Risk Terhadap Behavioral Intention Pada Penggunaan Aplikasi MyPertamina”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengguna aplikasi MyPertamina. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 107 responden yang diambil menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) diolah dengan software Smart-PLS memberikan hasil: (1) performance experctancy berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intention. (2) effort experctancy tidak berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention. (3) facilitating condition berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intention. (4) price value tidak berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention. (5) habit berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intention. (6) perceived risk berpengaruh negatif terhadap behavioral intention.

This research is a quantitative assessment on “MyPertamina” application users. This study takes the title: "Application of the UTAUT 2 Model and Percieved Risk to Behavioral Intention in the Use of the MyPertamina Application". The population in this study was MyPertamina application users. The sample in this study were 107 respondents who were taken using nonprobability sampling method. Based on the results of research conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method processed with Smart-PLS software, it provides the following results: (1) performance experctancy has a positive effect on behavioral intention. (2) effort experctancy has no effect on behavioral intention. (3) facilitating condition has a positive effect on behavioral intention. (4) price value has no effect on behavioral intention. (5) habit has a positive effect on behavioral intention. (6) perceived risk negatively affects behavioral intention.
