PENGARUH TIPE KUDA-KUDA TERHADAP ANGGARAN BIAYA STRUKTUR ATAP

Pemilihan sistem kuda-kuda struktur atap baja memerlukan perhitungan dan pertimbangan yang baik dari segi biaya, maupun dari segi kekuatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan kekuatan struktur dan biaya antara kuda-kuda sistem portal dan sistem rangka. Hasil dari perhitungan kuda-kuda sistem portal dan sistem rangka dengan jarak antar kuda-kuda 8 m, sistem portal memakai profil Wide Flange 300 mm x 150 mm untuk kuda-kuda dan profil U-Channel 100 mm x 50 mm untuk gording, dengan berat total 25.565,46 kg, sedangkan kuda-kuda sistem rangka memakai profil Double Siku 70 mm x 70 mm untuk kuda-kuda dan profil U-Channel 100 mm x 50 mm untuk gording, dengan berat total 23.973,96 kg. Untuk Biaya yang harus dikeluarkan pada kuda-kuda sistem portal sebesar Rp. 4.205.964.952 sedangkan kuda-kuda sistem rangka sebesar Rp. 3.829.751.157. Biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk kuda-kuda sistem portal lebih mahal Rp. 376.213.795,-. daripada kuda-kuda sistem rangka.

The selection of the steel roof structure easel system requires good calculations and considerations in terms of cost, as well as in terms of strength. This study was conducted by comparing the strength of the structure and the cost between the easel portal system and the truss system. The result of the calculation of the easel of the portal system and the truss system with a distance between the easels of 8 m, the portal system uses an Wide Flange profile of 300 mm x 150 mm for easel and a U-Channel profile of 100 mm x 50 mm for gording, with a total weight of 25,565.46 kg, while the frame system easel wears a Double Siku profile of 70 mm x 70 mm for the easel and a U-Channel profile of 100 mm x 50 mm for the gording, with a total weight of 23,973.96 kg. For costs that must be incurred on the easel of the portal system amounting to Rp. 4,205,964,952 while the easel frame system structure amounted to Rp. 3,829,751,157. The cost incurred for the portal system easel is more expensive Rp. 376,213,795,-. than the easel truss system.
