Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  (1)  Pengaruh  relokasi  terhadap kesejahteraan  pedagang  di  Purbalingga  Food  Center  (PFC);  (2)  Pengaruh  pandemi covid-19  terhadap  kesejahteraan  pedagang  di  Purbalingga  Food  Center  (PFC);  (3) Pengaruh  relokasi  dan  Pandemi  covid-19  terhadap  kesejahteraan  pedagang  di Purbalingga Food Center (PFC).Pada penelitiani ini, metode yang digunakan adalah  menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif dan metode  pengumpulan data  penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, yang  didukung  oleh  observasi  dan  dokumentasi,  dengan  kebijakan  relokasi  sebagai variabel independen (X1), pandemi covid-19 sebagai variabel independen (X2), dan kesejahteraan  sebagai  variabel  dependen  (Y).  Teknik  pengambilan  sampel  pada penelitian  ini  dilakukan  dengan  menggunakan  teknik  Proportionate  Random Sampling  dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 92 pedagang. Metode analisis statistik yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalaha  analisis  Rank  Spearman,  Korkondasi Kendall W, dan juga analisis regresi ordinal.
Berdasarkan hasil  analisis statistik dalam  penelitian ini  disimpulkan bahwa : (1) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara kebijakan relokasi (X1) terhadap kesejahteraan  (Y)  sebesar  (0,086);  (2)  tidak  terdapat  pengaruh  yang  signifikan  dan positif antara pandemi covid-19 (X2) terhadap kesejahteraan (Y) sebesar (0,148); (3) terdapat  pengaruh  yang  signifikan  dan  positif  antara  kebijakan  relokasi  (X1)  dan pandemi  covid-19 (X2) terhadap kesejahteraan (Y) sebesar  (0,989).  Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel (X1) dan (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan sangat kuat terhadap variabel (Y).

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of relocation on the welfare of traders at the Purbalingga Food Center (PFC); (2) The effect of the covid -19  pandemi  on the welfare of traders at the Purbalingga Food Center (PFC); (3) The effect of relocation and the Covid-19  pandemi  on the welfare of traders at the Purbalingga Food Center (PFC).
In  this  study,  the  method  used  is  quantitative  associative  method  and  the  research data collection method used is a questionnaire, which is supported by observation and documentation,  with  the  relocation  policy  as  the  independent  variable  (X1),  the covid-19  pandemi  as  the  independent  variable  (X2),  and  welfare  as  the  dependentvariable  (Y).  The  sampling  technique  in  this  study  was  carried  out  using  the Proportionate  Random Sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 92 traders. The statistical analysis method used in this research is Spearman Rank analysis, Kendall W correlation, and ordinal regression analysis.
Based on the results of statistical analysis in this study, the Keys are that: (1) there is no significant and positive effect between the relocation policy (X1) on welfare (Y) of  (0.086);  (2)  there  is  no  significant  and  positive  effect  between  the  covid-19 pandemi  (X2) on welfare (Y) of (0.148); (3) there is a significant and positive effect between the relocation policy (X1) and the covid-19  pandemi  (X2) on welfare (Y) of (0.989). The  conclusion  of  this  research  is  that the  variables  (X1)  and  (X2)  have  a significant and very strong influence on the variable (Y).
