Tulisan berjudul “Website Sistem Informasi Profil Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi, dan UKM Banyumas Dengan Sistem Informasi Profil Sebagai Pendukung Sektor Pariwisata” merupakan hasil kerja praktek mahasiswa di Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi, dan UKM Kabupaten Banyumas. Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan syarat penting dalam
mencapai suatu tujuan. Tanpa adanya SDM yang handal tidak akan dapat mencapai target
apapun termasuk salah satunya di sektor pariwisata. SDM dapat berasal dari dalam maupun luar negeri. Salah satu tugas Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi, dan UKM Banyumas
adalah menangani masalah SDM. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi oleh para tenaga kerja asing khususnya yang tenaga kerja pengguna bahasa Mandarin. Minimnya media informasi yang dimiliki oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi, dan UKM kabupaten Banyumas, menyebabkan terjadi masalah pada sebagian tenaga kerja asing. Penerjemahan sistem informasi profil berbahasa Mandarin dalam website yang mereka miliki menjadi salah satu upaya mengatasikedala tersebut. Dalam kegiatan menerjemahkan penulis menggunakan metode komunikatif. Metode komunikatif dalam proses penerjemahan ini dinilai sangat efektif, karena dapat menghasilkan terjemahan yang mudah dimengerti oleh pembaca. Dalam pengumpulan data, metode yang digunakan adalah metode observasi partisipan dan jelajah internet. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini yaitu terjemahan profil pada website dalam bahasa Mandarin. Hal ini tentu saja sangat membantu Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi, dan UKM Kabupaten Banyumas untuk mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi tenaga kerja asing pengguna bahasa Mandarin, sekaligus meningkatkan pelayanan serta memudahkan tenaga kerja asing pengguna bahasa Mandarin dapat mengetahui dan memahami informasi tentang ketenagakerjaan. Sehingga dapat mendukung sektor pariwisata.

The article entitled "Website Profile Information System for the Office of Manpower, Cooperatives, and Banyumas UKM with a Profile Information System to Support the Tourism Sector” is the result of student practical work at the Office of Manpower, Cooperatives, and UKM Banyumas Regency. Human Resources (HR) is an important requirement in achieve a goal. Without reliable human resources will not be able to achieve the target anything including one in the tourism sector. HR can come from within as well as abroad. One of the duties of the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives and UKM Banyumas is dealing with HR issues. This article aims to overcome these obstacles faced by foreign workers, especially workers who use languages Chinese. The lack of information media owned by the Office of Manpower, Cooperatives, and SMEs in Banyumas district, causing problems for some workers foreign. Translation of the Mandarin profile information system on the website they have is one of the efforts to overcome these constraints. In activities translating the author using the communicative method. Deep communicative method This translation process is considered very effective, because it can produce translations that are easily understood by readers. In collecting data, the method used is participant observation and internet surfing. The end result of this activity is the translation of the profile on the website in Mandarin. This is of course very helpful to the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives and UKM Banyumas Regency to overcome the obstacles faced by foreign workers who speak Mandarin, as well as improve services and make it easier for foreign workers who use Mandarin to know and understand information about employment. So that it can support the tourism sector.
