Artikel ini berisi tentang informasi tempat wisata museum yang berada di kota Yogyakarta, dan dikelola oleh Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta. Tulisan berjudul “Booklet Promosi Wisata Museum Indonesia-Mandarin Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta” merupakan hasil kerja praktik mahasiswa di Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta. Tujuan pembuatan artikel ini adalah untuk mempromosikan tempat wisata khususnya wisata museum agar lebih diminati oleh banyak wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara, khususnya wisatawan pengguna bahasa Mandarin. Selain itu adalah tidak hanya untuk mempromosikan segi keindahan dari museum saja tetapi juga dari segi sejarah yang terkandung dalam bendabenda yang ada di museum tersebut. Oleh karena itu, sangat dibutuhkan sebuah booklet Indonesia-Mandarin sebagai promosi wisata museum tersebut. Dalam pembuatan booklet, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, metode kepustakaan dan metode jelajah internet. Dalam proses penerjemahan booklet, metode yang digunakan adalah metode komunikatif dengan teknik penerjemahan amplifikasi. Penulis menggunakan metode dan teknik penerjemahan tersebut agar menghasilkan sebuah booklet yang mudah dipahami oleh pembaca. Booklet Indonesia-Mandarin dapat membantu wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara khususnya wisatawan pengguna bahasa Mandarin untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait tempat wisata museum yang ada di kota Yogyakarta.

This article contains information on museum tourist attractions in the city of Yogyakarta, and managed by the Yogyakarta City Tourism Office. The article entitled “Booklet for Tourism Promotion of the Indonesian-Mandarin Museum, Yogyakarta City Tourism Office” is the result of student practical work at the Yogyakarta City Tourism Office. The purpose of making this article is to promote tourist attractions, especially museum tours, so that they are more attractive to many local and foreign tourists, especially tourists who speak Mandarin. In addition, it is not only to promote the beauty of the museum, but also in terms of the history contained in the objects in the museum. Therefore, an Indonesian-Mandarin booklet is urgently needed as a tourism promotion for the museum. In making the booklet, the data collection techniques used were the observation method, the library method and the internet browsing method. In the booklet translation process, the method used is the communicative method with amplification translation techniques. The author uses these translation methods and techniques to produce a booklet that is easily understood by readers. The Indonesian-Mandarin booklet can help local and foreign tourists, especially Chinese speaking tourists, to obtain information regarding museum attractions in the city of Yogyakarta.
