FESES SAPI PERAH DIPERKAYA DENGAN BERBAGAI JENIS DAN DOSIS PUPUK BUATAN PADA JUMLAH TANAMAN DAN JUMLAH DAUN RUMPUT GAJAH (Pennisetum purpureum)

Penggunaan pupuk organik dan pupuk anorganik dapat bermanfaat bagi tanaman, akan tetapi belum ada formulasi yang tepat sehingga perlu dilakukan pemupukan. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan juni 2022 – Agustus 2022, di experimental farm, dan Lahan BUMDES Desa Limpakuwus. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui formula terbaik antara pupuk feses sapi perah dengan jenis dan dosis pupuk buatan terhadap jumlah tanaman dan jumlah daun rumput gajah (Pennisetum purpureum). Materi penelitian meliputi stek rumput gajah, pupuk feses sapi perah 30 ton/ha/defoliasi, pupuk Urea, ZA dan NPK. Dosis yang digunakan 100, 200, 300 kg/ha/defoliasi berdasarkan penyetaraan kandungan dosis nitrogen. Metode penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial. Hasil perlakuan dosis pupuk terhadap jumlah tanaman dengan pupuk anorganik ZA dosis 657,14 kg/ha/defoliasi menunjukkan pengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) pada jumlah tanaman dengan rataan tertinggi sebesar 23,55±4,10. Perlakuan jenis pupuk terhadap jumlah daun rumput gajah dilakukan uji lanjut Beda nyata jujur dikarenakan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap jumlah daun rumput gajah, Perlakuan jenis pupuk NPK dengan penambahan pupuk feses sapi perah mampu meningkatkan respon pertumbuhan jumlah daun rumput gajah dengan hasil rataan tertinggi yaitu 157,15±19,34 helai. Kesimpulan penelitian perlakuan pupuk feses sapi perah diperkaya jenis dan dosis pupuk buatan mampu menghasilkan respon baik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman.

The use of organic fertilizers and inorganic fertilizers can be beneficial for plants, but there is no right formulation so it is necessary to fertilize. The research was carried out in June 2022 – August 2022, at the experimental farm, and the Limpakuwus Village BUMDES Land. The purpose of the study was to determine the best formula between dairy cow feces fertilizer and the type and dose of artificial fertilizer against the number of plants and the number of elephant grass leaves (Pennisetum purpureum). The research material includes elephant grass cuttings, 30 tons/ha/defoliated dairy cow feces fertilizer, Urea, ZA and NPK fertilizers. The doses used are 100, 200, 300 kg/ha/defoliation based on equalization of nitrogen dose content. The research method uses a complete randomized design (RAL) factorial pattern. The results of the fertilizer dose treatment of the number of plants with ZA inorganic fertilizer dose 657.14 kg / ha / defoliation showed a very noticeable influence (P<0.01) on the number of plants with the highest average of 23.55±4.10. The treatment of the type of fertilizer on the number of elephant grass leaves was carried out further tests Differences are real honestly because of the real effect (P<0.05) on the number of elephant grass leaves, NPK fertilizer type treatment with the addition of dairy cow feces fertilizer is able to increase the growth response of the number of elephant grass leaves with the highest average yield of 157.15±19.34 strands. Conclusion of the study on the treatment of dairy cow feces fertilizer enriched with the type and dose of artificial fertilizer is able to produce a good response in increasing plant growth.
