Pada saat masa pandemi sekarang ini pemerintah mewajibkan kepada 
seluruh masyarakat untuk melakukan vaksin yang telah disediakan di daerah 
masing-masing. Dan untuk warga di Kelurahan Purwokerto Lor ini yang sudah atau 
belum divaksin akan didata atau dicatat oleh masing-masih ketua RT. Kemudian 
dilaporkan kepada petugas kantor Kelurahan Purwokerto Lor. Namun dalam 
pengelolaan data tersebut masih menggunakan cara konvensional, yaitu petugas 
kelurahan mendatangi setiap rumah ketua RT untuk meminta data warga yang 
sudah divaksin dan yang belum divaksin. Sehingga waktu yang diperlukan menjadi 
tidak efisien. Maka dari itu Kelurahan Purwokerto Lor ini membutuhkan sistem 
informasi pendataan vaksin agar menjadi lebih efisien dan terkomputerisasi. Sistem 
Pendataan Vaksinasi memiliki tiga level user, yaitu admin, ketua RT, dan Lurah. 
Sistem dibangun dengan metode pengembangan waterfall, menggunakan bahasa 
pemrograman PHP untuk website dan basis data yang digunakan adalah MySQL. 
Diharapkan sistem ini akan memberikan solusi untuk pendataan vaksinasi warga 
Purwokerto Lor.

During the current pandemic, the government requires all people to carry 
out the vaccines that have been provided in their respective regions. And for 
residents in Purwokerto Lor Village who have or have not been vaccinated, they 
will be recorded or recorded by the respective RT heads. Then it was reported to 
the Purwokerto Lor sub-district office officer. However, in managing the data, they 
still use the conventional method, namely village officials visit each RT head's 
house to ask for data on residents who have been vaccinated and those who have 
not been vaccinated. So that the time required becomes inefficient. Therefore, 
Purwokerto Lor Village requires a vaccine data collection information system to 
be more efficient and computerized. The Vaccination Data Collection system has 
three user levels, namely admin, head of RT, and Lurah. The system is built using 
the waterfall development method, using the PHP programming language for 
websites and the database used is MySQL. It is hoped that this system will provide 
a solution for collecting vaccination data for residents of Purwokerto Lor.
