Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesadaran hukummasyarakat
daerah wisata terhadap penerapan protokol kesehatan pada masa pandemi
Covid-19 dan pengaruh faktor kedisiplinan, motivasi dan fasilitas terhadapkesadaran hukum masyarakat daerah wisata dalam penerapan protokol kesehatanpada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Ketengger, Kecamatan Baturraden, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif
dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Desa Ketenger, Kecamatan Baturraden, KabupatenBanyumas dengan responden sebanyak 45 (empat puluh lima) orang. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan simple random sampling. Jenissumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh denganmenggunakan metode angket, dan kepustakaan. Data yang terkumpul diolahmenggunakan teknik coding, editing, dan tabulasi kemudian disajikan secaranaratif dan tabel data. Analisis data kuantitatif mengunakan metode statistiksederhana, sedangkan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan metode analisis isi dananalisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesadaranhukum masyarakat daerah wisata terhadap penerapan protokol kesehatanpadamasa pendemi Covid-19 adalah tinggi. Hal ini dibuktikan denganindikator-indikator yaitu tingginya tingkat pengetahuan hukum masyarakat daerahwisata terhadap penerapan protokol kesehatan; tingginya tingkat pemahamanhukum masyarakat daerah wisata terhadap penerapan protokol kesehatan;
banyaknya sikap hukum masyarakat daerah wisata yang setuju terhadappenerapan protokol kesehatan; dan banyaknya perilaku hukum masyarakat daerahwisata yang sesuai menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Faktor kedisiplinan, motivasi
dan fasilitas cenderung berpengaruh positif terhadap kesadaran hukummasyarakat daerah wisata dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan, artinya semakintinggi tingkat kedisiplinan dan motivasi serta baiknya fasilitas maka semakintinggi pula tingkat kesadaran hukum masyarakat terhadap penerapan protokol

This study aims to determine the level of legal awareness of the tourist areacommunity towards the application of health protocols during the Covid-19pandemic and the influence of discipline, motivation and facilities factors onthelegal awareness of the tourist area community in implementing health protocolsduring the Covid-19 pandemic in Ketengger Village, District Baturraden, Banyumas Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods withsociological juridical approach and descriptive research specifications. Thisresearch is located in Ketenger Village, Baturraden District, Banyumas Regencywith 45 (forty five) respondents. The research sample was taken using simplerandom sampling. Types of data sources include primary and secondary dataobtained using the questionnaire method, and literature. The collected dataisprocessed using coding, editing, and tabulation techniques and then presentedina narrative and data table. Quantitative data analysis used simple statistical
methods, while qualitative data analysis used content analysis and comparativeanalysis methods. The results showed that the level of legal awareness of thetourist area community towards the application of health protocols duringtheCovid-19 pandemic was high. This is evidenced by the indicators, namely the highlevel of legal knowledge of the community towards health protocols, the highlevel
of legalunderstanding of the community towards health protocols, the number of
legal attitudes that agree with the community towards health protocols andthenumber of legal behaviors of the community that are in accordance withimplementing health protocols. Discipline, motivation and facilities factors tendtohave a positiveef ect on the implementation of health protocols, meaning that thehigher the level of discipline and motivation and the better the facilities, thehigher the level of public legal awareness of the implementation of healthprotocols during the Covid-19 pandemic in Ketenger Village, Baturraden District, Regency Banyumas.
