Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang dilaksanakan pada UMKM Jenang Jaket Asli yang memproduksi makanan khas jawa tengah khususnya Banyumas yang terletak di Jl. Adipati Mersi No. 68, Mersi, Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur, Kabupaten Banyumas Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini mengambil judul “Analisis Penerapan Metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Pada Bahan Baku Produk Jenang”.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan MRP dengan metode lot size sistem perencanaan dan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pada total biaya persediaan bahan baku beras ketan, gula pasir, gula merah, santan, dan wijen.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan metode MRP menunjukkan bahwa metode yang dilakukan sebelumnya kurang efisien sehingga menyebabkan total biaya persediaan bahan baku tinggi. Hasil peramalan dengan metode Holt-Winter’s menjunjukkan total keseluruhan produksi pada Januri 2022 hingga Desember 2022 adalah sebesar 31.775 untuk jenang wijen, 23.126 untuk produk jenang ori dan total produksi sebesar 8.794 untuk produk wajik.
Penerapan MRP dengan metode lot for lot menunjukan total biaya persediaan bahan baku sebesar Rp. 787.767.823 untuk periode Januari 2022 hingga Desember 2022. Penggunaan metode lot for lot lebih efisien sebesar 16,9% dari metode yang digunakan oleh perusahaan yakni sebesar Rp. 948,342,983.

This research is a descriptive research that was carried out on the Jenang Jacket Asli UMKM which produced regional food of Central Java, especially Banyumas. Jenang Jacket Asli is located on Jl. Duke of Mersi No. 68, Mersi, East Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java. This study took the title "Analysis of the Application of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Methods on Raw Materials for Jenang Products".
This study aims to analyze the application of MRP with the lot size method of planning and controlling raw material inventory on the total cost of raw material inventory of glutinous rice, granulated sugar, brown sugar, coconut milk, and sesame.
Based on the results of research and data analysis using the MRP method, it shows that the previous method is less efficient, causing the total cost of raw material inventory to be high. Forecasting results using the Holt-Winter's method show that the total production from January 2022 to December 2022 is 31,775 for sesame jenang, 23,126 for ori jenang products and a total production of 8,794 for diamond products.
The application of MRP with the lot for lot method shows the total cost of raw material inventory is Rp. 787,767,823 for the period January 2022 to December 2022. The used of the lot for lot method is 16.9% more efficient than the method used by the company, which is Rp. 948,342,983.
