Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey, dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keaktifan berorganisasi, manajemen waktu, dan efikasi diri terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi universitas jenderal soedirman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Angkatan 2017-2020 yang berjumlah 195 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Berdasarkan teknik tersebut, ditetapkan sampel minimum dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 131 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai t tabel = 1,977 sehingga diperoleh hasil: 1) Keaktifan berorganisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, hal ini dibuktikan dengan besarnya nilai t hitung > t tabel, yaitu 8,748 > 1,977 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. 2) Manajemen waktu berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, hal ini dibuktikan dengan besarnya nilai t hitung > t tabel, yaitu 9,278 > 1,977 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. 3) Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, hal ini dibuktikan dengan besarnya nilai t hitung > t tabel, yaitu 5,244 > 1,977 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

This research is a quantitative research with survey method, with the aim of analyzing the effect of organizational activity, time management, and self-efficacy on student learning outcomes of general soedirman university economics education. The population in this study were all students of Economic Education at Jenderal Sudirman University Class of 2017-2020, totaling 195 students. The sampling technique in this study used proportionate stratified random sampling. Based on this technique, set the minimum sample in this study was 131 students. Based on the results of research and data analysis shows that the value of t table = 1.977 so that the results obtained: 1) Organizational activity has a positive effect on student learning outcomes of Economic Education at Jenderal Soedirman University, this is evidenced by the value of t count > t table, namely 8.748 > 1.977 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. 2) Time management has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of Economic Education students at Jenderal Sudirman University, this is evidenced by the value of t count > t table, which is 9.278 > 1.977 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. 3) Self-efficacy has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of Economic Education students at Jenderal Sudirman University, this is evidenced by the value of t count > t table, which is 5.244 > 1.977 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.
